The Ice then exploded. he blew off the left half of the hospital. he watched as patiants were dying, people falling off and hittin the ground. He then caused the ice shards to form. they formed a giant spike and he drove it throught the left half of the right side of the building. the whole would be 30 ft wide and 60 ft tall. it would destroy any sources in its way, and anyone in its way. he then laughed and began to walk away. there was nothing anyone could do. He then turned into water and was no more, since he was only a Perfect Water Clone. (THE HOSPITAL IS NOW DESTROYED. THE FORUM TOPIC SHOULD NOW HAVE DESTROYED AFTER IT.) Water clones can't do that. Clones can only do one technique then they are gone. this is your final warning as well. you need to give people time to respond. If not, we will take it to Punishment. Mizuhada Bunshin No Jutsu (Water Body Clone Technique) Description: A powerful enhancement of the Water Reflection clone, this technique creates a number of full-powered water clones and does not require a body of water. These clones have the full Chakra and Mental abilities of the user, as well as Physical ability. A solid hit will destroy the clone

what you people dont understand is i am using a PERFECT WATER CLONE!!! Its a Akkimizu clan ability. the clone has 70% of my rpc's power, and cannot be destroyed or dimissed until needed to be.

DANDii Lions-- "This is embarrassing." Aki muttered in reqards to the desolate state the hospital had become. Even she did not expect such bad issues. What had Shiro been doing as a kage? Nothing but eat bonbons? Aki was utterly appalled as she looked about the room from where she sat in the chair. Ronnel's distaste did not go unnoticed. Her worried eyes watched him as he disinfected the room and fixed the bed with a fresh sleeping bag. "No Ronnel, I'm sorry that it's become as run down as this. I know it's not my fault, but it was the fault of my predecessors. I inherited this blame when I took office. Just be gentle on whomever is in charge. There has to be a good reason. Insufficient funds or something." Aki spoke as she stood up from the chair and clambered up on the bed. She knew Ronnel was directing no hostitlity towards her, though she believed that he really should after what had just recently occurred. Ronnel no Tenshi | A-rank | Medical | Kusagakure Jounin 
Ronnel bowed slightly as he watched her climb into the sleeping bag.
"This is none of your fault Lady Aki. And it is not the previous Kusakage's fault, unless he pulled all of the funding that Lord Arekku placed into the Hospital's funds. I shall return shortly." He slid out of the room quietly, turning his face away as the gold color within his eyes began filling the irises again. Fierce strides carried him through the littered hallways, until he reached the director's office. He listened in silence at the doorway for a moment, hearing laughter. One foot came up, and he kicked the door clear off of its hinges.
The room he entered was a shark contrast against the rest of the hospital. Instead of the grungy walls and poor lighting, this place was brightly lit with many-hued lamps, the walls were lacquered with some kind of silvery sheen; the floors were pearl pieces that had been broken flat and then assembled. This was the last thing Ronnel saw before the gold flecks in his eyes dominated even the whites as his rage consumed him.
Blue and white swirls of wind wrapped around one hand as he grabbed one of the people sitting at the desk up with one hand. The muscles in his arm tensed slightly before the woman was sent flying through the wall out into the hallway. Before the man behind the desk could react, the blade formed of wind was cutting into one of the fat folds on his neck.
"My name is Ronnel Yamanaka. And I am hereby taking over this hospital. Get your despicable hide out of my sight before I carve it off of you. If you try taking anything with you as you leave, I will rip an inch of skin off for every item. And I will start with the skin on your genitalia. Do you understand me?" The overweight man nodded, tears rolling down his face. A fetid odor was rising from his pants as Ronnel pulled his wind blade back, letting the potbellied fool scramble out of the office and run from the hospital. The gold outside of Ronnel's irises began fading as he looked around the opulent office in disgust.
"This crap is getting sold to finance the recovery of this hospital. Suna Arashi no Bunshin." From a bottle on his waist sand poured to the ground, combining with wind in the air to form a copy of the man who had used the technique. "I'm going back to the Kusakage, she needs watching after. Take care of this disgusting disgrace." The clone nodded before searching for a pad of paper and a pencil to catalog everything that was in the room.
The medical shinobi strode back down to the room that Aki was in, to let her know that the situation was dealt with. As he walked, he stepped over the woman, glancing sharply at her when he was past, a look filled with anger that made the woman scramble after her former employer, bleating in fear like a sheep in human form. The silver haired Jounin entered the room that he had left the Kusakage in, and leaned against the doorway silently.

  Though her body was worn out, and tried as she might, Aki could not rest. When Ronnel returned he would find her up and walking around the room. Fiddling with things, from her dress hem to the window to the cupboards in the room. She couldn't rest now. It was impossible, improbable, and wrong in her mind. Why would she get to rest after failing so terribly. Aki felt like she should be punished, maybe taken out back and put out of her misery. It was starting to hit her again how alone she had become. She took no notice to Ronnel's return and continued to move about, yet doing absolutely nothing. Her teeth and tongue alternating between making clacking noises. If someone had looked in the room they would have thought her to be a mentally unstable patient. Aki did feel like she was losing her mind.

Ronnel sighed softly before scooping the fretting woman up and depositing her back onto the sleeping bag, going so far as to zip her into it. He sat down on the side of the bed and shook his head slowly.
"Lady Aki, rest. You suffered greatly out there, trust this as coming from one who has also felt the heat of those black flames. Your village is recovering, and I have heard word that the man who took over was ousted from his position." He glanced towards the doorway, before turning his gray-eyed gaze back to her.
"I have...solved the problem behind the hospital's disrepair. In addition to that, I have a clone that is handling the Academy Students. As soon as I have access to some more sand, I will be creating a clone to go sit in your office and run the other minor details of the village. You need to rest, please. It need not be sleep, you can just lay here. If it helps, I will stay and talk with you."

Grass is no longer under Cloud control. I resigned from leadership. I wanted to rule this place to better it, empower it... so that it would be a safe place for my son. However, now that Ryugan is the Raikage -- he would simply exploit and destroy this place. So, I gave Grass back before I resigned. Oh, and you will still gain that increase in defense you promised. Aki gave a terrified squeak as she was lifted and promptly trapped inside the sleeping bag. She wiggled feebly but found it to be pointless. Finally relaxing she actually listened to Ronnel's words. She suddenly sat up, still encased by the sleeping bag, at his words of the man leaving his position. She could hardly get a word in edge wise as the carrier pigeon arrived with the note. She managed to get her arms free and lean over to the window to take the note from the pigeon. "Well, that answers my questions. And brings up many new ones." She handed the note to Ronnel. "What do you think? OH, and thank you so much for helping me. And it would be nice if you would sit with me for a bit.."

Ronnel took the note and read it slowly, a frown forming on his face. He shrugged before shaking his head and laying it on the bed.
"I think... if this man has instated himself as a Sannin, then two things need to happen. One, we need a true Sannin of Kusagakure, and two, this guy or the new Sannin needs to be the aide." He snorted.
"And of course I'll stay, wouldn't have offered otherwise. Now then, what should we talk about..." One slender finger tapped his chin as he pondered what subject they could talk about safely.

Aki was rather silent for a bit. Shifting about awkwardly so she could sit cross legged in the sleeping bag. She fiddled her thumbs together. Finally she spoke up, "You'd make a good Sannin. What do you say?" Aki was serious, if he wanted then it was just as simple as that. He too would be a Sannin of Grass. She couldn't trust to leave Shane with that position of power all on his own. It could be destructive. Her deep green, nearly black, eyes stared at the medic with an inquisitive and honest face.

Ronnel coughed. Loudly and violently. He had been about to take in a breath when she said that, and had instead choked on saliva. He shook his head rapidly as he tried to get his breath under control.
"Lady Aki..." He wondered how he should explain it. Finally, the silver haired medic decided just to go out and say it.
"Lady Aki, you realize that I am relatively as new to the village as you are, or this foreigner is? Hell, I am a foreigner myself. I only joined Kusagakure a few months before I was sealed away..." He grimaced and looked to the side. "I was a member of Sunagakure, until everyone I knew there died. I wandered for some time before joining this nation... I have no one Lady Aki, no real ties to this village." His lips quirked as his voice turned bitter. "YOu have someone you love, that Hatake boy you were close to back when I first saw you years ago. Me? I have nothing of that sort. Nothing ties me down but my own sense of responsibility. Could you really make someone as horrible as me a Sannin?" His gaze turned back to her, and if she was attentive enough to notice, the gold flecks in his eyes had shrunk to nearly invisible points.

Aki frowned at his response. Her brow furrowed and her lips drew a thing pale pink line against her skin. She let him speak though. There was a noticeable sting of heartache across her face as Ronnel remembered Vrail. Her eyes darted down to the wedding ring upon her finger. The diamonds still glimmered, the gold still sparkled, they were however a hollow shimmers. It strangely seemed to reflect her current love life situation. She looked back up at Ronnel to meet his gaze, he had finished speaking now. "We have something in common, Ronnel. I seem to have no one in this village as well. The Hatake boy? He seems to have vanished, like smoke. Responsibility, alone, ties me here too. I am alone too. You're not a horrible person. So why don't we disprove your disheartening ideas by showing the village, and yourself, how great of a Sannin you'd be." There was twitch of a smirk on her face. She hoped her words were enough to sway his thoughts. Maybe he could connect to her at least. Then they would both have someone in the sad little village.

"He...Damn me for a fool." The medic slapped his forehead. "I apologize Lady Aki, I should have known something was wrong when he wasn't there to see you in your office." He took a deep breath and glanced to the doorway again rubbing his cheek with weariness evident in his motions. Despite making the trip to Konoha and back, the medic had not slept since becoming unsealed by the woman sitting on the bed next to him, and it was beginning to show in his actions and in the lines on his face. He sighed again, then nodded slowly.
"Very well. I accept the appointment, though it means I shall have to train myself doubly hard to prove myself worthy. He stood up and stretched, then rested one hand on Aki's shoulder.
"And I suppose we'll become each other's anchors for this village, eh?"
