((uhh go to view forum then jutsu list then mist taijutsu then its the mist style stance.Uhh the first stage is 1 post each technique then the second and third stages are 4 pots each technique))

Stage 2 (thers no stage 1 special moves)
Flash Foward:
This is the basic attack move for the fighting style by focusing chakra to the users feet they may charge foward with more speed and confuse an enemy with the burst of speed.

Rita took stance foccusing his chakra too his feet for a few seconds. Rita then tried to use the chakra to give him a boost of speed but failed.

Rita again took stance foccusing his chakra too his feet he again attempted to again boost his speed but sure enough failed again

[3] taking stance for a third time Rita foccused his chakra too his feet again. this time Rita started to run for a while still foccusing his chakra suddenly he tried to give himself a boost of speed using the chakra but the chkara only disspersed into air

Again taking stance Rita foccused his chakra too his feet running again for a while he let the chakra flow through his feet suddenly Rita would gain a boost of speed and strat running faster.

Ville came into the training grounds looking for the Genin that came to him eariler

Kai saw Rita out the corner of his eye."Very good Rita very good."Kai sta down as he started to meditate.At the last second he heard Ville."Hey Ville."

Kouki noticed that Ville had arrived at the training grounds, he walked up to him and said, "Hi, I don't think I introduced myself earlier, the name's Kouki Odokemono. Can we get to training now?"

Stage 2
Center Shift:
This is the basic defence and is used by the most esteemed fighters by shifting thier center of gravity to make direct hits uneffective, the way this differs if the user shofts their body by releasing chakra from their hands or feet and can be done in mid air. A tthis low level the user may reduce dmaage by olny a small bit by pushing away from the attacks and absorbing 5% of total physical dmage

Rita takes focus for the next special move. foccusing on his chakra to his hands and feet. Rita disspersed the chakra to make him move a little but it failed.

Rita again foccusing on his chakra. Again disspersing his chakra he tried to move himself a little but it failed

Rita again foccused on his chakra too his hands and feet. again dispersing it he tried to move himself but only managed to move a small pebel next to him

[4]
again taking stance Rita foccused for a while. Dispersing the chakra Rita finnaly manage to shift himself a little.

"Uh, hi." Kouki said as he turned around and sorta half waved at the girl. He hadn't really clued into the fact that there was 2 two people fighting Kai before he literally jumped in.

KAi stood there quielty for a moment,"Rita i have to take you back soon."

Jump Start: This is the basic move for making sure the user get to higher ground and can even bounce more smoothly away from damage, this is done by pushing chakra out the sole of the foot and causing the illision that they have lost a full 50 punds without that wieght the user may jump and good 7 feet straight up and makes gettign out of tough situations much easier.

Rita looked "okay just one more and ill be done"

Rita quickly took stance foccusing his chakra too his feet he jumped trying to gain hight but failed

[2] Rita landed again taking stance foccused his chakra too his feet. again jumping he tryed to gain height in his jumps but failed again

Rita again foccusing his chakra to his legs. again preformed a jumpe this time gaining a litle extra height ut not much so it counted as a dud

Rita foccused his chakra again to his feet. this time a he took two steps before jumping. suddenly Rita jumped 7 feet higg he had accomplished learning the last of the three

Kai smiled as he turned to Yaya."Yea well we kinda left and we didnt tell the hokage."

Rita after finnishing he walked toward Kai sensai and handed him the scroll and then bowed "thank you sensai"

((being a genin you can only learn a few chuunin jutsu so which 5 jutsu of the chuunin rank do you want me to teach you?))

Kai took the scroll aad put it away as he smiled."Ok what do you wanna learn next?"

Rita raised his head up "umm sensai is it possible i can learn Kage bushin No jutsu"
