Whedaba left her to that, and started to hurry off towards the mountain, which he had an ominous felling about still. Leo's scent was still in the direction that he was hoping, and soon he came upon him, the ground rumbled and woke him up. "thric!" he yelled, and as though his voice was a trigger, the mountain started to spew lava from its peak. "Leo!, yth tepoha ekess itrewic gethrisjir sjek yth tuor ekess waph!"
(No! leo!, we have to get going if we want to live!)

The earthquake opened the cave that Mont had hid Leo in. Lava was slowly come down the mountain towards it. Whedaba was running out of time to get Leo out of there.

without thinking, Whedaba grabbed Leo in his front claws and took flight to avoid the lave. "ir nuri youwe ekess xihood zahae..... vur voga ekess itrewic shafaer!" he was referring to the lava that would be heading down toward Mont and Elara. he let out another roar, but not intense as the last one, and then sped off toward where he left the others.
(one less thing to worry about..... and another to get on!)

Elara had just finished tending to Mont's wounds when the earth rumbled and the lava started spewing out the top. "Kwi thric... Whedaba... Leo. . ." She searched the side of the mountain and the sky for them hoping to see them safely coming down. She then heard the roar and saw Whedaba flying down clutching Leo to him. "Leo's safe Mont. Leo's safe!"
("Oh no. . .")

whedaba rushed towards Elara and Mont, Leo in his claws. as he neared, he came in at a steep angle, so that he could get leo to the ground quicker. he put Leo by Mont but he was out of breath when he landed, and so could only get a few words out. "charirfla... bihainwor svern... rigluin ekess itrewic... ekess tokeqwim..." when she looked puzzled and afraid, he took a couple of heaving breaths to try and gain his composure again. and then repeated more clearly, "wer charirfla bihainwor svern persvek ibafarshan, vur wer lava ui confnir nomeno idol. yth rigluin ekess itrewic ekess tokeqwim. ui mobi tikil idol ekess ehtah wer waere de wer svant?"
(volcano... went up ... need to get... to safety...)
(the volcano went up in flame, and the lava is coming this way. we need to get to safety. is there any way to find the cave from the sky?)

"Erekess wer akuech mobi ui. Wux clax Mont vur si geou clax Leo. Wiilirk ve! Quickly!" She picked Leo up and took to the sky flying carefully as to not get hit by falling rocks.


("Through the forge there is. You take Mont and I will take Leo. Follow me! Quickly!")

Whedaba was too tired to respond, so he just nodded and, as gently as he could, picked up Mont and followed Elara

She landed in a hidden cavern at the top of the forge and ran down the dragon claw print lit tunnels to get back to their cave. She set Leo down and ran a claw gently over his cheek. "Please be alright little one. . . Please be alright. . ."

Whedaba was too tired to respond, so he just nodded and, as gently as he could, picked up Mont and followed Elara

She landed in a hidden cavern at the top of the forge and ran down the dragon claw print lit tunnels to get back to their cave. She set Leo down and ran a claw gently over his cheek. "Please be alright little one. . . Please be alright. . ."

Whedaba followed Elara back to the cave and set Mont down next to Leo. "tir ti xihood myvish, leo's frahrir ui munth. coi ui wer malsvir adul zahae jacion si mi xihooda zahae." he said, not even worried about Leo. "wer ezoukeic shafaer mont re throdenilt ishwavi, vur geou rigluin throdenilt ptaual sjek astahii re ekess irisv harkt."

( " do not worry sister, Leo's breathing is normal. it is the evil aura around him i am worried about." he said, not even worried about Leo." the wounds on Mont are more severe, and will need more attention if they are to heal right.")

She stroked Leo's forehead softly then kissed it before moving over to Mont doing the same. She then rummaged through Mont's bag trying to find healing potions. The healing salve she had applied earlier only helped a little apparently. She found one of Mont's stronger potions and poured a little into his mouth then remembering that it also works on contact she began pouring some on each wound.

Mont was too exhausted to even reach for his potion in his bag. He just drifted to a near sleep, but something kept him up. Was he dying? He thought of all his reasons to die and reasons not to die. The black cat let himself go, feeling somewhat relaxed. He didn't want to die, so he pulled himself back to pain, back to suffering, to live to see Leo beside him. He looked up to see that Elara has saved him.

Elara traced her claw gently over Mont's cheek then Leo's "Mont geou qe winhal jaka. Shar si mi nouhaia zahae Leo. Jaci ui ti waking svern. Si tir ti vucot svabol ekess tir." She looked over at Whedaba sadly.

("Mont will be fine now. But I'm concerned about Leo. He isn't waking up. I don't know what to do.")

Mont pulled himself closer, trying to keep Leo's dreams pleasant. He knew she was worried about him, but Mont knew on the inside that he was fine. Everyone needed a rest from today anyway, so he took it to the next step firsthand. He kept trying to wrap his mind around what he said, thinking deep. He nestled his head into Leo's neck, it felt very soft and warm. He couldn't tell, but he was still blushing since the fight with the prince.

Mont pulled himself closer, trying to keep Leo's dreams pleasant. He knew she was worried about him, but Mont knew on the inside that he was fine. Everyone needed a rest from today anyway, so he took it to the next step firsthand. He kept trying to wrap his mind around what he said, thinking deep. He nestled his head into Leo's neck, it felt very soft and warm. He couldn't tell, but he was still blushing since the fight with the prince.

Even though Leo was unconcious he began to purr softly feeling warm fur touch against his. Elara watched the two and smiled softly. "Mont, do you mind telling me what happened back there? Why does Leo not have a single wound even though we saw so much of his blood all over the place?" She stayed near them and watched them.

Mont looked at Elara without turning his head,"He saved me, but I couldn't do anything for him..." He cried on Leo, feeling sorry for what had happened.

She stroked Mont's head softly trying to soothe him. "Shhhh shhhhh tell me what happened little one. I'm here to help you."

Mont told her about how they threatened to declaw Leo and that he tried to free him by telling an alchemy secret. Then he slit Leo's throat, Mont was finding it hard to breath at that part. He told Elara how they came and beat him and that Leo came to and killed most of them before fainting. "His wounds healed..." It was hard to believe, then he continued to where the dwarf chained them. Mont told her that he broke through the chains, not how, and smoke bombed him. He hid Leo in the mountains to get his equipment and fought the dwarf off until they came.

He hid Leo in the mountains to get his equipment and fought the dwarf off until they came.

She gasped and cried the entire time stroking Mont's head to try to calm him too. "So he just began to glow, got healed and went berserk?" She looked at Leo. "Perhaps Whedaba would know more about this kind of thing. He might even be able to wake him sooner."

Mont put himself over Leo, crying there,"Why won't he wake up?" That scared him most, not able to thank him or to apologize for not being there. He wanted to help him any way he could. "What can I do..."
