It wasn't because he didn't deserve what she was going to say... It was because, she was scared to say it. "And Love." She said to him, looking down with racing eyes. Her eyes would look to the wall, to him, to his chest, to his face again. Why was she so nervous all of a sudden? She buried her face back into his chest and let out a big huff. "You deserve all these things... And... I want to... stay here... and give all... of that to you..." She said, slowly, carefully. Like every word brought her hope that his response might break. How, in so few days, had it been weeks?, and moments, hours... of being with him, she already felt like... this. She wanted to stay here, be close to him, make sure no one hurts him... "But... Ignoring the two, he made a beeline for the kitchen and disappeared through the door. Chaos looked at the door for a moment. "That was odd," he said. Shade must have been really hungry to go that fast. Shade was more of the laid-back type. He didn't run unless he had to. Chaos sighed and looked at Setsuko.❞
