I joined to learn and have fun, Because who doesn't like fun ^-^. I joined because i felt like i needed to, there was like this surrounding motivation in this guild that it felt like I should walk in and go. "This place is awesome" Not because of the admins or mods standing around and helping the new role players but by the environment of people role playing and making friends.
