[Tarrant le Sorcier]

Name: "Xaec" (Experiment 415)
Age: By all technicallity, he's a little less the seven years old, but his body doesn't age in any conceivable way.
Gender: Male
Species: Genetic Experiment, Koala/Fox-like in appearence.
Home: Very much the wanderer, Xaec acts much like a cat; he'll go from place to place, depending on where he can find food and temporary shelter. However, unlike a cat, Xaec also finds himself searching for breakable objects.
Ability Style: There are many ways to describe what Xaec is...I believe the best I've heard would be "tank".
Weapon: Nothing but his tiny little self, and anything on hand should he need it.
Ability: He is bulletproof, fireproof, and can think faster than a super computer. He can see in the dark and can move objects 3,000 times his size. Also, he seems to have some strange ability to accelerate, decelerate or altogether remove the age of an object. People or animals are next to impossible, but things like wood, metal, plants, or anything not living and able to defend itself is susceptible.
Weakness: Xaec's most noticible weakness is made apparent through seeing him; his size. As strong as he may be, he is by no means a large being. In fact, he's no larger than a common household dog. So should he face opponents that fly, he would suffer a very distinct disadvantage. Another problem is energy consumption; Xaec can only fight for roughly a half-hour maximum before passing out on the spot. He burns too much energy when he fights, or performs particularly strenuous activity. Also, though a bit of a minor drawback for him, is his black coat, which he simply refuses to take off for some reason.
Description: Experiment 415 "Xaec"
Storyline: Not much can really be said about Xaec's past, mostly because Xaec doesn't have much to say about it. Or anything, for that matter. He's not the kind for long drawn-out speeches or explainations. Short sentences or phrases are far more his style. As it turns out, Xaec was an experiment by some insane intergalactic doctor who took the DNA of the most powerful beings in the universe and began fusing them to form creatures with unique powers. Xaec's project was a temporary success, but was rapidly abandoned when it was discovered how rapidly he burned his energy. The capsule holding him was "misplaced" (the doctor lost it in the mess in his office), and Xaec wound up being transported all over before arriving in Byako.

Name: Masami Natsuka.
Age: Appears twenty one.
Gender: Girl.
Species: Carpathian/Mage.
Home: Japan.
Ability Style: A protecter.
Weapon: A few daggers, but she rarely uses them.
Ability: She uses sutras to help her conjure fire spells. She can control fire, creating and manipulating it.
Weakness: She's not a very good judge of character, and will trust anyone right away.
Description: She has long, straight black hair that reaches half way down her back. It's always down. She has sapphire blue eyes that turn orange when she uses her powers. She always wears a blue kimono with a red obi and a white wave design along the bottom. She wears tan slippers and a gold heart necklace her brother gave her. She's about 5 foot 6.
Storyline: Masami is part of the Natsuka clan. They have been commisioned to protect anyone they could. As part of the Natsuka tradition, Masami and her brother were abandoned after one year of their birth. An elderly couple, who have no relation to them, took care of them until the age of six. All Natsuka children must be forced to live on their own after that. Masami and her brother, Damion, lived successfully for several years until finally, their sensei contacted them. Each child of the Natsuka clan must be taught how to control their elemental powers. Masami controls fire and Damion controls water. After two years of training, Masami and Damion had to seperate. They lived apart for about six months. After that, Damion was attacked and turned into a vampire. Masami, along with a friend named Tahna, saved Damion. But because Damion tried to kill Masami while under the spell of the vampire who turned him, Damion couldn't face his sister. He ran away from her and never went back for a very long time. As of recently, Masami has found a home with Tahna in the Vampire Mafia. There, Masami found her lover, Dominion, and became Carpathian, the same as Tahna and Dominion (who are mother and son). Tahna convinced Damion to return to Masami and they have been reunited. Masami will, occasionally, go travelling which has led her here.

Full Name: Monaray Akuma Konton
Age: 14
Gender: Male.
Species: Hybrid of a vampire and a dragon.
Occupation/Home: A traveler who dose odds and ends jobs when he needs to work. He also works as a bodyguard on voyages. Due to his occupation he has nowhere to call home.
Ability Style: Ruthless loner.
Weapons: A dagger with encrypted righting is kept in his right boot. He has a 5 throwing knives on both sides of the interior of his clock, secured to be soundless. A sword, witch is an inch from scraping the ground, sits firmly on the left side of his belt. A scimitar, smaller than the sword, on the right. He uses them all in different combinations and always tries to recollect them after a battle and occasionally during one.
Ability: "Shadow Steping" First he must leave a symbol in a shady, protected place. The symbol has to be undisturbed and he can only do it when he is in a shadow and so is the symbol he is trying to go to. The one who taught it to him called it "shadow stepping" and only taught Monaray the weaker level of this trick.
"Ghost spark" witch sends out an illusion that a jet of flame is flying through the air. He uses it to light up areas and scare his foes. Though with a limit of a reach at 15' and the illumination only being 7' around the fake jet of flame he tends to seek out other means for lighting purposes.
"Three Strikes" he can only use it three times a day and only twice in a row when the most extreme circumstances present themselves. Creating the illusion that there is four of him to any that see him. The fakes last for an hour and a half or until they get hit twice. He enjoys messing with the heads of those that charge him when he uses this skill and gives them three chances to find the real one. Only letting them see the three fakes he slips behind them and kills them when they fail.
Weakness: A necklace made of gold can be seen shimmering in the light when it happens to hit it, worn over his shirt. It is the only thing that he never lets blood touch and when it dose he goes into a frenzy loosing almost all of his control on his actions. He also has a very thick barrier to every one due to his past he has no freinds, trust, and almost emotionless.

Description

General Description: He stands at 6' and weighs 163 lbs. He looks thin almost to the point of looking starved though he’s not. His hands are a little smaller than average with the bones showing through, even when his gloves are on. His skin is pale from staying in the shade, witch he prefers to the sunlight. Small dark circles rest beneath his eyes, on some weeks form his tendency stay awake for several days at a time. His young face looks mature for his age due to his life’s events. His shoulders slouch most of the rime though his back is held in an almost proud fashion.
Eyes: Dark blue eyes with hatred flaring in them. His left eye has a crimson scar threw it angled away from his nose as it goes down.
Hair: Pitch black with crimson streaks. He wears his hair in a spiky lose style. His spikes don't all go into the air leaving a few hanging down in front of his face. Most of the spikes, excluding for those witch hang down, point behind him.
Clothing: He wears a hooded black cloak, that’s just a shade lighter than the darkest night, over his other clothing. He almost never wears its hood though. Underneath the clock is a blood stained black and gold long sleeve thin shirt, with covers his very light chain mail. He ware's fingerless gloves witch have worn out to a shade of gray. A black belt holds his worn, blood stained, black pants up securely. A little torn at their ends showing his boots witch pass his ankles by two inches. The soles are stained in blood but the rest of them are polished to shine.

Storyline: He was born with the scar over his left eye and a talent for sleeping with his eyes open. He watched his family and village get slathered and after he made a freind watched as horrable things happened to her leading up to her death. Losing hope after making no more freinds and keeping that girls necklace as a memento of how cruel his path of life has been he moves onwards with a plan. With no one to trust and nothing left but the mysterious man who raised and trained Monaray, teaching him all that he would know. Hunting anyone that looks like they would have a dark past or would gain one in their life he decied to kill everything and everyone.

Ability: he first off can do some spells and incantations, can heal quickly and can teleport...... also can drink someones blood/life energy to heal himself (vampire ability). he also has the ability of accending..... so when he dies and if he has enough energy he will be able to be reanimated in this world (come back to life) but after that he takes a few days to a week to get back even a fraction of the power that he lost doing this ((please tell me if you want me to get rid of this ability because it is contreversial)).... the last ability he has is that he is a master in martial arts and is a top notch fighter and he has more strength than he seems...... and he can sustain greater amounts of damage than most normal people....

Weakness: his weaknesses are: he needs his legs for speed and stuff and so his legs are one of his weaknesses. and his other weakness is he is part human so after enough damage he will definantly go down

Storyline: back during the the edo period in japan, hajime saito was leader of the third squad of the shinsungumi and he had fought in many life or death battles...... when the edo period ended and the meji era began, he changed his name to guru fugita. he became a policeman and got married but never had children..... he never seemed to age over 35 and when his wifed died when she was 83 he still looked the same......after that he dissapeared and not much else is known besides that... besides the fact that he fights in the name of AKU SOKU ZAN ((japanese for destroy evil immmediatly))

Weakness: He can't swim, is vunerable to lightning and tends to rant on how something is a bad idea while carrying out that action.
Description:
Storyline: At a young age, his parents abandoned him in a forest for some inexplicable reason, where he was found and raised by an assassin. He eventually became an assassin as well, and started to hunt down his parents. When he heard htey came to Byako, he followed them there, where he found out about a half-brother, Yavnib, who is trying to kill Revus for no reason.
