Zexion paused. Did he hear foot steps. . Rapid ones too. He rushed ahead of Xaras to open the door. I swear if they were eavesdropping. . He turned back to Xaras. "I think we had some visitors." He mumbled, not thinking she would catch his words.

Xaras blinked. She had barely heard his mumble, but still could hear what he said. "....R-really....?"
Maya sighed heavily as she sat down on a kitchen chair. "Everyone here?"

Demyx nodded, still out of breath from being dragged.

"Yeah, I think so...."

Kuroi silently looked up from the table, blinking. "Have fun? You nosy, nosy people you." She chuckled.

". . .Yeah, let's just get back." He smiled slightly, leading Xaras out the door.

"But....It was cute! AND I have their confessions on video tape so we can blackmail them!"Maya exclaimed happily.

"You know, that's not nice..."

"...So...? It's cute! And fun!"

Kuroi shakes her head with a mock frown. "Maya. Haha. Bet you have some collection of black mail material hidden somewhere."

"Maaaaaybe...>>" Maya said, not looking directly at anyone.

"Maya!"

"Ha ha! Okay, I do! I have stuff on everyone! It's just the way I work! It makes sure I get what I need as a hostage!" Maya grinned.

Kuroi chuckled nervously. "Well, let's not get to carried away here."

Maya giggled. "No, it's not a problem! I keep it as a secret...for the most part..."

"You're evil...."

"I know!" Maya smiled.

Xaras walked into the kitchen to hear this. "What do you know?"

"Oh! Xaras! Hi!" Maya smiled as though nothing was wrong.

Zexion cast a glance around the room, a sarcastic chuckle. "Everythings as we left it. . ."

"Well, yeah! Did you really expect it to change in just a little time...?" Maya asked with a smile.

"...That's true...."

He managed a weak smile, looking back at Xaras. "Well, you. . never know. ."

Roxas was currently half asleep at the table, unaware of the current conversation.

Xaras shrugged. "Hm...."

"So! Xaras! Are you feeling better....? You don't look nearly as red as you did before! Did Zexion take good care of you...?" Maya asked with a sly smile.

Xaras once again proceeded to turn a bright red.

"Oops, spoke too soon!"

Zexion let out a quiet but nervous laugh. "M. . m. aya. ." he choked. "Nosy girl." He chuckled embarrassed.

"Yeah, Maya. Leave them alone..." Demyx said with a small laugh, hugging her from behind.

"Okay... But just because Dem asked me!"

Axel was squatting nest to the half-asleep Roxas and proceeded to poke his cheek. "Hey, you awake, Rox?"

Xaras covered her red face with her hands and went very quiet. She wandered over to the sink and got herself a glass of water, hoping the cool liquid would proceed to cool her face as well.
