Also it's only 2:46 and there's already seriously like 100 people in front of me in the line outside. RIP me and my hopes of getting a coin.

Oh they will. You don't have to preorder. Ugh. I hate how so many people in Toronto love Smash. They're like all competitive. The people in front of me were actually not sure whether or not they'd try a newcomer. Don't wait in line for hours just to play as Samus so you can win. -_-'

7 and still can't see it. A Nintendo rep came by with a Smash Run demo and I got ignored and couldnt get a chance at a chance to play! Everyone here is s**t. They all only care about themselves and their douchy friends. 3-4 people butt right in front of me, and the guy behind me said he wish he'd butted. This is the ******** worst.

I won my first match of Smash 4! It was a three-way sudden death and everyone was cheering!!! I was Greninja and it was on the Punch-Out stage. I killed both of them. One was Little Mac. Played Mega Man my second round and got second after Marth. Not bad! It was really ******** fast compared to Brawl. I'm still trembling a little.

ALSO, Mario Kart 8 finally arrived!!! Who wants to whoop my noob a**.

A few other things:
-I thought Mario's final smash looked like it had more fire (it's the same one).
-Donkey Kong's is apparently bongos again but it'll actually make sense and show notes this time and say "good" and "great" and stuff!
-Pit doesn't have a dark color scheme anymore. Maybe Pittoo is going to be in it, but how? That would be the most blatant clone ever, so I hope he's not actually a character.
-The items are so rad. Even the new versions of the old items. I got Dillon from an Assist Trophy and got hit/hit somebody with a new, more stylish Home Run Bat. ^^
-The Wii U Pro Controller sucks c**k. I like the analog sticks better than on the Classic Controller Pro but why are they placed so awkwardly?? Glad we get to use GCN controllers omg.
-I got up on the lights on the Punch-Out stage, and had trouble getting back down for some reason. Are the sides of the ring bouncy? Maybe I was bouncing back up off of them? I couldn't tell, everything was so fast and I was so flkajf because it was the sudden death.

It was great. I made friends with the people in line and two of them were Mario and Luigi cosplaying, I got to Pokemon battle and won, I think I got the Smash Coin, They gave out free Smash button pins, Smash Bros 3DS lagged, Luigi somehow know I was the guy who Cosplay Doc Louis a few months back, and I won with Olimar and Sonic but lost with Greninja. And I only had to stand in long for 5 hours. (3 before it started and 2 before I got to play.)

And that how All College students should write post on the Internet.

Omg. "only five hours". There are people out there who waited for way less than that. I waited just a bit over that, being like an hour and 15 minutes early.

But other than that it sounds like you had a great time! biggrin

The line at smash fest this year was satanic. The guy told us it was moving really fast though, so we waited it out. Once we were about an hour and a half in and committed we reached the halfway point in the line where we got to play smash run, which was neat, but we toughed it out for another 2 hours.

Then we got some better MK8 flags than the ones they had last year, pins and yoshi stickers.

God, I'm not sure it was even worth it. I brought my little brother(High functioning twin. Not the one you hear on skype), who's 9. I applaud his patience, but even I didn't want to be there for 3 and a half hours. If you told me I'd be waiting that long just to be able to get close enough to watch (They had the screen turned away from the line this year. What the actual ********.) I would have stayed home.

I hear that the first 70 people to preorder thing was made up. So lol. anyone who camped out probably feels cheated.

People in line were talking about how they took road trips for this. I cannot match these people's enthusiasm. And then they get up there and half of them just play their old main if they can. What the ********. Why would you even do that?

Plus get this. There were so many people that were still in line that (Starting with our match) players were only getting one 5-minute match session. Everyone before us got 2. and I'd be cool with that, if they'd just made it that number from the start. I could have waited half the time I waited.

Was there no point in time at which these people looked at the snaking curling line gathering and said... "Hmmm, maybe 10 minutes is too long..." No, it wasn't until a half hour to 9 when they still had 100+ people on line that they made this decision.

And it started with us. All the wait, half they play. MMM MMM GOOD.

Next year I'm waiting for retail. I cannot summon enough asperger willpower to give a ******** about another demo event.
