16-bit Jazzy Man, I didn't like Intro to Film very much. It all seemed like a bunch of BS. I also fell asleep during a lot of the movies (especially the "art films"). sweatdrop It was cool when we got to watch movies that didn't suck, though, like The Graduate and Moulin Rouge (the latter made me cry in class). Oh no! Well, college classes are probably more serious than the highschool elective I took. XD Oh man, you had to watch art films? Lame. We just watched like, classics. emotion_c8 Nice, nice. Aww. XD Awkward. I'm generally incapable of crying in front of others, so that's nice at least. Did anyone notice? =w=;

Citizen Kane and some other stuff I don't remember but they were definitely better than films that don't have any story. They didn't notice. It was dark, and I had no friends so I just ran out after basically. XD

They showed a clip from Scott Pilgrim one day during lecture and I was like owo

Well, the original is just a recording of a facemaker. XD Doesn't get much more boring than that. This one is an adorable animation.

Man, films with no story. How does that even work. Omg. XD

Man, films with no story. How does that even work. Omg. XD From what I understand, it goes two ways: -the film is of people saying things and things happening except just randomly so it doesn't really make sense to anyone but the creators and everyone else just has to try and guess what the point is -the director wants to capture a place rather than characters, so he just goes to a place (like Mexico, for example) and films things that happen in it and it's really boring

I took intro to film, too. I actually took a film class in high school, as well. It was nice to watch good movies from the past and the teachers I had would point things out I wouldn't have thought about or wouldn't have realized. Sometimes though, it felt like they were pulling at strings.
I remember one movie (don't remember what it was) where a guy puts something near his mouth in a close-up. It turns out he was a gay actor (I presume that teacher was gay as well) and it was some kind of subtext about that. Apparently it was a "huge deal" or something. Whenever I see men put something near their mouths now in my head I'm like "this dude is gay, lol"

And again, if I'm ruining anyone's fun in Mario Kart, tell me. Or just in general. I've kind of turned into an obnoxious person to play games with but I really do want to work on it. Screaming a lot can be fun but it's not always fun to listen to and getting called a name isn't always fun either. I'm just used to how it is with my friends, but I want you all to be my friends too. I can learn how to act differently around different people. 3nodding

I think you were fine last night, as far as I can recall, but it was after midnight, so I can't recall much of anything.

[Kegan] I think you were fine last night, as far as I can recall, but it was after midnight, so I can't recall much of anything. Well that's one person. Not everyone is the same and I don't want to exclude one or two people because I'm annoying. I don't want people to NOT want to play with me. But thanks.
