I called the Police and told them that someone in Ontario, Canada was being murdered by some angry guts.

I figure they should be there some time tomorrow afternoon at the latest.

I've also been having weird stomach cramps all day. Not like... "UGHHHH I AM DYING..."

More like... "ugh, did I eat something, or strain a muscle?" As in it's only really bothered me at a few intervals in the day.

A couple days ago I strained on of my abdominal muscles. You know. The one that somehow shares a nerve with your groin and simultaneously makes your d**k hurt.

Better make some more fatty fried rice. That'll help.

Oh wait, I already did and it did the OPPOSITE of that.

GET SHOVEL KNIGHT

Quick, in one paragraph or less, plug Shovel Knight. Convince me to get it, because I need new s**t for my shiny, beloved new Wii U.

Someone told me to sell them on it earlier and this is what I wrote. It's more than one paragraph but SUCK A d**k

I'm a sucker for 8-bit games, I'll admit, but this game really blows me away with color selection and composition, just visually. The stages are memorable (each about twenty minutes), the gameplay is solid (Ducktales/Zelda II), you fight eight bosses (Mega Man) with different themes, upgrade yourself with money, it has fantastic music (Jake Kaufman, of everything fame), great humor (puns abound) and it's just altogether solid.

There's just nothing wrong with it. You ever go back to an NES game and you just see a lot of the flaws in it? It's like that except no flaws. It's like your favorite NES games had an orgy and created one baby from it that carried none of their imperfections. It's not too hard that you get pissed off, but not too easy that you get bored. It shows you things in a way where you learn and feel smart, but you don't get it right away.

The boss fights are awesome, the story is actually kind of touching and apparently there's free DLC coming. I just finished it and might do new game+, anyway though.

AAAAANNNNNND....SOLD.

I need to replace some of my virtual console games anyway, so I might as well pick this up while I'm at it.

Also, I accidentally a Mario Kart 8 today.
