16-bit Jazzy [Kegan] Heck no. I don't want to fall on pavement a few dozen times. When I was a kid I had inner ear issues, and poor balance. Now I am a MODERATELY WELL ADJUSTED ADULT. Oh, well inner ear issues is a pretty good excuse. And you're sure they're all gone now? It's pretty hard to fall, IMO. Even if it begins to fall over, just put your foot out so it hits the ground before anything else. And wear a helmet. You won't die. If you were skateboarding, on the other hand... I definitely still have vestibular issues, but I don't honestly think it'll stop me from riding a bike if I actually try and learn correctly.

When I was a kid I mostly recoiled from it because of social pressures and anxiety over my inability to preform.

Now that I am an adult I can actually look like a dumb-a**, but with age comes the realization that noone cares, and if they do, I don't.
What is any sane person going to think? "Oh, he's trying to learn to ride a bike? I just think it's gross when people past the age of 20 try to learn things for the first time."

The idea that people around you give you pause for thought simply because you think about yourself a lot is a narcissistic fallacy.
Most people in this neighborhood probably don't know my name, and I will have minimal future interactions with the grand majority of them.
So, you know... i got dis............

I saw a man try and learn how to swim once, back when I had a YMCA membership (for the pool). I wasn't judging. I thought it was kinda nice.
There was someone helping him.

Segue time! Speaking of Dolphins. I'm gonna emulate something from after 2002.
I decided I'm just going to play Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door on Dolphin. SICK OF WAITING ON YOU, NINTENDO.

I'm sure you'll pick either one up with enough practice! My brother could barely do either until a few months ago! He's pretty adequate now cause he kept at it! ...That and my dad banned him from the PS4 till he learned. Motivation! blaugh
