Are you sure there's not a key AS WELL AS a username/password thing? Because that's how it is at my school. I'm pretty sure with the 3DS you don't even need to enter the username and password, somehow. Otherwise there's no way I ever would have been able to connect.

The eight costumes thing is AWESOME but WHY ARE THE VILLAGERS ALL WHITE. And why don't they have cooler hair colors than just brown, brown, brown, brown, brown, brown, brown and pink. NEEDS MORE VARIETY...

They supposedly match the face chart for City Folk or something. So it's disappointing, but I guess it has a reason? Who kept their OG hair, though?

I should make a post about how many lesbian blogs I see that post things like "I am not your fetish." In regards to male consumption of lesbian porn (The kind that is probably made for men.) and how many lesbian blogs post yaoi and "yes homo" posts about video game boys.
And then cleverly imply a correlation and double standard, and rake in my easy billion notes.
Yes. That is definitely the kind of thing I would want to do if I wanted to be famous in the world of generalizations and misanthropy.
Sounds like a homestuck planet name.

lmao right?
White, male, "cisgendered" people are the easiest to tear down and generalize.

Not really. Everyone generalizes everyone else.
but ironically, it is a it cuts both ways.
People go online and they name no specific targets for their rage, and when they complain about being generalized and marginalized and it happens in the same rants so often, and all I can do is roll my eyes.

Lesbian blogs care about yaoi porn? If it's fluff, that's different. razz Canon gay fluff in video games or anything will make us all proud until homosexuality is no longer considered deviant or shameful.
Yeah, real lesbian porn is totally made for anyone, including (probably especially) straight guys. I don't blame real life actual lesbians for being kinda creeped out when straight guys SPECIFICALLY fetishize them, like, to their faces or expect real-life lesbians to only be interested in other women for the sake of grabbing a man's attention. That could potentially be pretty creepy. If it's just a completely private thing, then yeah, who actually cares? Also I'm pretty sure everyone realizes that "not all men" are like that, unless they're actually really stupid.
There seems to be a trend of men getting more upset over being generalized by Internet posters (but rarely to a harmful effect, since EVERYONE KNOWS IT'S NOT REALLY ALL MEN) than they do over the guys out there that actually do fit those horrible stereotypes and legitimately do terrible things. And by doing that, they're drawing attention away from actual issues. For example, that guy that believed that people should be killed because he couldn't get laid (and the reason he couldn't get laid in the first place is probably that he was a disrespectful racist misogynist a*****e, but it also just happens sometimes and he wasn't even that old yet but whatever). And there were guys out there that SUPPORTED him. When do you EVER see a woman KILLING people over something so shitty like that? How often do you hear about female rapists/molestors? How often do you hear about men with eating disorders? Compare how often women are sexualized or objectified in the media compared to how often men are. There are definitely exceptions to just about every "rule" like that, but the clear imbalance is why people tend to generalize. There are problems with society. There are problems with the way a lot of people out there think about sex/gender and it seems like it's almost all rooted in socialization, culture, etc. If no one has ever accused you personally as an individual as being part of the problem just because you're a white cishet man, then you're probably not a part of the problem. Is feminism having a personal effect on you other than annoying you because you took it personally? Probably not. There's more important s**t to get upset about.

And also I mean come on, when do you ever get even slightly discriminated against outside of tumblr.com? razz Even on tumblr, you'll find that as individuals, you are adored (unless you're a shitbag). Is it worse when people are shy away from you when you walk at night or when you're scared to walk at night because there are actual creepy dudes out there? Try getting catcalled at or hardcore stared at and watched by a stranger when you're alone and just trying to mind your own ********' business, all because you're a woman. I've been there, and it ain't fun. Having to sneak out if you like to walk at night because your family heard about a girl your age getting raped nearby one night out of the blue. Try feeling unsafe because of your gender or your race. Try not being able to live like a normal person just because of who you are, and then complain about all the misery you have to go through in life just for being a straight white dude, because people are complaining about "men" and not even about you. And I mean, why should you take it personally unless you know you've been part of the problem or unless you are actually legitimately suffering as a result? I don't get it.
It's not like you have no reason to complain at all; I mean, everyone does. This just isn't the thing to be complaining about, IMO.

I guess my point is too far afield of the kind of argument that social media has prepared all of you for.
I saw a guy on facebook yesterday who said "There has yet to be a man good enough for women." and then he just kept going and blah blah blah and he's an old douchebag, obviously, but then I'm like, "Wow, that's actually a lot like when people say "Men," instead of "Misogynists." Actually, it's probably the closest parallel."
People seem to love hating each other, but they also love to keep it simple.
I mean, look at how I use the word "People." What people? You know the ones! Do you? Sure!
