.Hack//Sign is my favorite Anime....
I think second would be between Ergo Proxy, Samurai Champloo, and Hellsing.
I love Bleach and Naruto, but I tend to pick favorites in ones I've seen all the way through...
I'm just waiting for Murnig's profile and then I'll do an opening post, but it's an everyone can jump in at any time, sort of thing... >3>
