No they're pills with ferrous sulfate in it. Sulfate isn't nice on your insides I discovered...

Well I can sort of relate to what you're feeling. [I once messed with my inner ear liquids and man does that disrupt your stomach for days]
And I can't get to sleep easily any night.
I suffer from breathing problems and an anxiety disorder.
So I guess I can say, I know what you're feeling... sort of. And it sucks ]:
