The reference was from an anime series called Yakitate: Japan!, for anyone who was wondering. It's a show all about baking bread, and it's awesome.

To the reference: No, god I feel old. Back in the late 80s earlier 90s celebrities would do comericals about drugs, or child abuse, and so on, they'd give facts and information and then at the top of their heads, a star with a rainbow would fly over their head and it would read. "The more you know."
