Queen Spazzy Jin the Shadow Wolf Queen Spazzy Jin the Shadow Wolf Heya guys. Just thought I'd pop back in to check up on things after who knows how long. JIIIIIIN *pounces* Helloooo~ How have you been? owo I have been alright. O: Need to confirm the classes I took are confirmed so I can ask for my degree to be mailed, but I was kinda late to do that before this past semester ended. xD And after next weekend, I need to start job hunting. How have you been? Heya MommaZ. :3 I'm not exactly back. Just stopping by again to say hi and stuff. Glad to see you're still here. That's good! Ah, I see, adulthood, innit grand? Good luck with that job hunting, though! I've been pretty well overall, I'm super tired after Christmas, though, too many people that I had to go see, bleh. But they let me take home leftovers, at least. 8D Grand indeed. xD I'd totally be cool with just taking commissions from home instead of actually working. A hell of a lot less people to deal with anyway. Looks like you had a big celebration on Christmas. Mine was pretty crowded too, but definitely not as loud as it could've been like whenever more of my family on my mom's side joins in. Oh, and happy early birthday in case I'm not online tomorrow. :3

Jin the Shadow Wolf Thanks. I've been hanging out with friends for quite a bit since the semester ended. I like staying out pretty late with them. Like today, because I literally just got home after a pretty long day of wandering San Francisco and gaming back in a friend's house. I've also been thinking about taking two more classes next semester, just so I have something to do if I have no luck in job searching. What about you? How have things been going on your end? I'd say fairly well, I guess. Still playing Lake Kindred for the winter event mostly. At least you've got a good back up plan in case you don't get a job you want. Well anyhow, back to winter RIG collecting! ^_^*

(Though I apparently missed most of the big fit pitching by being late, yay!) Thank youuuuu! Happy belated birthday to you! I had meant to say it yesterday, but I spaced and forgot. ;w;

It's so annoying that I'm both too shy to sing out on the top of my lungs, and that my family would be mad if I did because I got the Space 1992 album by Gloryhammer, and all I want to do is slay demons while screaming, "FOR THE KING WE WILL RISE THROUGH THE DARK GALACTIC SKIES!!!"
I am so happy I just randomly came across these guys one day. It was destiny.

It makes me giddy that my mum thinks well enough of my crafting skills to ask me to make stuff. I'll have to get myself to a craft store soon, though, she wants a set of the TMNT turtles by March (which puts my Monomi hat on hold until they're done, though I've admittedly not go much of that made up), and I'm a little iffy on how I'll be getting them to her even once they're finished, so I want extra time to get everything figured out. I think I have somewhere around half of the colors for it, but the half I don't have are the ones I'll need most (green and brown among them). I'm not even sure what she wants them for, though! I'm working on the assumption that they're a gift for one of my cousins or a little boy she occasionally babysits, but I'll have to ask her for more details later (I need to call her anyway, I haven't talked to her since Christmas, I'm really terrible at communicating with other people, even my own mother...). Way to start the new year, crafting ho!

Well, dropped by a craft store yesterday, yay! AND the yarns I wanted were all on sale, extra yay! (Admittedly, I looked up the sales of the two craft stores nearest me beforehand, but whatever.) I think I'll have to go back for more green, though, if these turtles are as big as I'm expecting... (I'm using someone else's pattern because one, it's for an eight-year-old, two, my mum gave me a ref pic and I found the pattern used for it, but it doesn't list dimensions so I'm not going to know until I've got one made up.) I also picked up the tweedy color I use for ewoks since it was on sale. (Still cost a good five bucks for a single skein, curse you Lion Brand for having the best color but being so expensive!) I'm still missing a color or two, though, I lost track of a bunch when I moved with my beau and I think I'm just going to have to replace them all. :c

What happens at weird hours of the night when I'm crocheting and want something in the background to amuse me? I binge watch stuff from my beau's external. I may or may not be watching Big Hero 6 for the third time. I'm considering pulling out my tablet and doing some portrait sketches of the characters. I love this movie. I need to find the comics it's based on. (At least, I'm figuring comics, it's a Marvel thing, after all.)

Original, live-action, new, or just whichever ones you can find patterns for? Also, I'm glad to hear the materials were on sale. Nothing is cheap when it comes to any form of art. If you go to a Michaels or an AC Moor, then you can print out a 40% off coupon for one item any day of the week as long as it's not on sale already.

If you go to a Michaels or an AC Moor, then you can print out a 40% off coupon for one item any day of the week as long as it's not on sale already. This is basically the pattern I'm using (I also have a PDF from Ravelry that I'm using with that, but it's based off the linked one, anyway). I think they're supposed to be based off the old cartoons, but I might mod how I do the faces to look more like the newer ones, since I suspect that's the series my cousin watches. (Though it's hard to tell, he's a big fan of old stuff, too, haha~) Ah, I don't have a printer, and tend to only shop what's already on sale, anyway. ^^; I usually go to Jo-Ann because it's closer than Michael's, but it can depend on what sales each one has, paying full price for anything is practically gouging in the art world!

I feel like my watching Resident Evil: Apocalypse makes me super lame... I found it in my beau's movie hoard and decided to watch it. And had fun watching it, too. (Despite how badly it shows its over a decade of age now.)
