I think it's more like, you can't block her fire attacks when she 'fire breaks'. Otherwise 'guard' is pretty impervious.

Well all of her specialness comes from turning people into blocks of ice, so...I would assume something like every attack freezes people? >_> Iunno, haven't gotten that far.
