It's donated to the guild, not specifically to Fish. I believe the only use it serves is for subforums and helps place you in the guild rankings, I believe.

Guild Gold only goes to buying Subforums at the moment, so it's pretty much useless.

Hopefully Gaia will get off their lazy asses and update the guilds soon so that we can actually use the gold for more stuff.
