Aka Manto is a demon in Japan that waits in the last stall of bathrooms. If someone enters the bathroom, it will ask them "What do you prefer, the red cloak or blue cloak?"
If the person picks the red cloak, it slashes and stabs them around their neck and back to make it look like they're wearing a red cloak.
If the person picks the blue cloak it strangles or hangs them.
And to the poor fool who says neither or tries to pick another color, the floor caves out from beneath them and they are dragged straight to Hell by demons.
