What on planet earth? I've been doing Dumpster Dive for a while already this evening. So lo and behold, nothing but basic fishing rods dumped in there by the same person! This is ridiculous! I half expected to get another alchemy cache, paper, or maybe even one simple RIG or other item, but nope! Not tonight! Ugh.... good grief! emotion_facepalm
That sounds about as bad as the week or so I got nothing but Ducky items... Like, why is this person doing this, whyyyyy, it was cute for maybe half a day, but not after that, and how many do you even have to dump for them to go out to a single person so many times? But at least it wasn't more worthless aquarium junk that I can do nothing but delete, I guess...
I know, I lost count after about the tenth time. Sheesh, I wish people would quit doing that. I have no trouble with receiving alchemy caches or even paper. Sometimes getting a new non-beginner item is nice now and then. However, getting repeats of things that are not useful or needed isn't fair all the time. They should cool it with that repeat item dumping.

I feel much the same way, I mean, if I could construe it as being some sort of awareness drive or something, it'd be cool (people on another site I frequent do something similar during certain times of year with flower items and things like that, it's cute, actually), but what on earth purpose do ducks or fishing rods serve? I get really excited about ending up with caches because it means I don't have to buy them, but even if I didn't have vague plans to eventually use them, they're worth a decent enough amount just using the sellback option that I'd still be okay with getting them frequently. But yeah, I'd really love it if the repeated and very nearly worthless things from NPC shops would stop cropping up in such vast amounts in the dumpster. And the worthless aquarium fish and decorations, but since half of that comes from empty dumpster pulls, that's really just a vague fantasy.

I do love getting the random surprise non gold shop item, even if I can't use most of them, they're still fun to find (and some of them are really cute, too, and I just like to admire their art, haha~). I can't think of anyone right off hand, apologies, I wish I could be of more help! Love the character's look, though, so elegant and pretty.

Thank you! I call her Amber, a young teenage fairy who began training as a knight, but decided to become a court herbalist for a royal family of some kingdom instead. I've got most of the items except for the wings, eyes and the other items that aren't crossed out. I want to go for the eyes, but I'm really short on gold by quite a bit. I'm not even close to 100 something billion.

Especially when I chose a topic that I am way out of my league on, genetics. Have you heard about our lord and savior, the NRAMP1 gene?
