Drake caught the crane. When he saw it had resumed being a piece of paper he attempted to infuse it with energy from his crystallis. Not being in any way adept at magic, he could not tell if it was working, but did feel his crystallis doing something.

"..." Kir turned back to the attack at hand.
"..." The crane fluttered weakly and drew some energy from the crystallis on Drake, "...Lily... Are you really willing to sacrifice my life for this?! Is that really alright with you?!" The crane yelled loudly.

Lily gritted her teeth and put her hands on her chest. No, she thought to the crane. We'll leave, let's go, she thought through the blood crystallis and finally let up her attacks on the others. Even if they never stop chasing us and trying to hurt you, we're going.

Drake watched Lily carefully, knowing that he could do nothing but continue fueling the crane, despite the slight stinging in his throat.

The crane fluttered one last time before going completely inert. It became a simple crane made out of paper with no magic qualities.
"..." Kir's order was taken, but he didn't know what he should do with the one target that he's protecting. The one they called Akira. He angled his magic and shot it upwards through the roof.

Drop your barrier around that one, Lily thought, seeing him look at Akira. Take us someplace safe, where no one will be able to get to us. She could feel herself fading fast. Her mind was exhausted and she needed to rest but she couldn't do that yet.

"..." All the barriers disappeared except his own and he lifted off the ground. Kir shot through the hole he created through the ceiling and drifted above the Academy. He glanced around before flying at an insane speed to the trees next to the academy; the nearest safe place to him.

We need to get farther away, Lily thought, trying to think of a place they could go where they would be safe for a while. She couldn't think of any places where the Academy wouldn't find them and she didn't want to go back to the others yet.

"..." Kir drifted higher and they shot through the sky like a comet.

Drake watched as they flew off. Then he turned a glare towards those in the room. "Who's responsible fer dis mess? Who's responsible fer bringin' dah strongest weapon we ever created back against us?" He asked savagely, looking around.

Lily just looked ahead, trying to keep everything together until she told him to stand down and they were safe.

"Finally, they're gone. I was going to die... What are you yelling at?" Lawrence asked the hyena man as he wipped the blood from his eyes and took off his ear muffs. He spit on the floor and crushed the tiny origami made crane. It made him sick. "You can thank Corneilius for the trouble Kir caused. Really, he was out with his Fairy that he caught, Andy, and found out the hard way Kir was friends wth this fairy, and pissed him off...." He glared at corneilius. They killed so many...
Jayden looked at Lawrence, then corneilius, then the Hyena dude. They were argueing... He knew akira wouldn't like this. He went up to the sobbing dool, picked her up, and walked out to the hall. He winced as he saw all the dead scientist, their family. He cried as he walked on. "They killed so much of our family... This is such a horrible incident."
Corneilius growled at his brother and took his cane off the floor. It was scratched... "Well, I didn't know! she just met them, and I took pictures, just like you asked me to do with ny interesting subject, and they follwed me, so shut up!" He yelled as he looked over his cane and shinned it. He put it on his belt and looked around the place. It was totaled. "damn... no wonder he's called the strongest weapon. I've only seen the people who turned him into a weapon experiment on him... they did good..."
Targets gone. safe...
No... not safe... trapped... Akira put her face in her hands and cried, hugging her scythe. She didn't like it when she was in the academy, and wished that those strange people would have taken her. This place was her birthplace... her home... and her prison. "Why...? Why couldn't they take me with them...?" She sobbed as Jayden took her and carried her out of the room wher the argument was. She looked all around her, and the people that were kind to her, cruel to her... pleading to her, sometimes...dead. This ws horrible. "Why didn't they take me with them?"
