Darby then jumped from nowhere, and then jumped out of the window.

Jackal McFluffybutt Shirou smiled and held out a clawed hand to greet the wolf at the door. "My own name is Shirou, I'm pleased to meet you" he said wit ha cheery smile, giving the wolf a very brief paw shake. "Please come in, I have made way more food than any one of us could ever possibly need" he said with a smile, letting the warm scents of breakfast waft outwards. After letting Akinyi in, he heard a knocking on the door, and promptly opened it again. "Heloooooo?" Steve extended a hand to shake shirou's. "Hi I'm Steve"

Kai had been walking for about 10 minutes when they stopped in front of a classroom. Cecelia opened the door and motioned for him to go inside, he walked in to find a group of about a dozen furs all chatting noisely. Cecelia sighed "It might be difficult to get their attention" she said.
Kai noticed an amplifier in the corner "Block your ears" he said to Cecelia. He walked over to the amp and plugged in his electric gutair he was holding, turning the volume up to max he ran a claw along the string, creating a high pitched squeal that could he heard from the other side of the campus. The students covered their ears and cringed from the sound. "Do I have everyones attention... or do I have to play another solo?" Kai asked, placing his paw on the gutair again.
The entire class was seated within seconds. Cecelia looked on in amazement "Ooh... he's good!" he said to herself.

The lioness' face was mushed against her palm, her elbow on the table. Her eyes slid back down to her notebook. She'd written about half a page, but her interest in taking notes had dwindled long ago. Right now that paper was looking like a nice, inviting canvas. Lost in her own thoughts, she shifted position and brought her pencil to the paper. What to draw, what to draw. After a minute or two long sketchy strokes began to appear on the paper, as the shape of a flying dragon took form. Bit by bit she finalized the lines. She hadn't done a dragon in a while...
"...you all tomorrow, then! I look forward to the rest of the semester with this class."
She blinked. Backpacks rustled all around her as students began to leave. She scrambled to collect her things, and was the second to last person out. So much for that math major she used to think she'd go for.

Kai class had ended without futher incident and had gone back to see the headmaster. "You did good" he replied. "So you will starting, as of now, a full-time Music instructor". Kai smiled, and it had been a long time since he had used a genuine smile like that. He was finally free to live how he wanted to, not being tied down by his family name.
After the meeting he was free to wander the campus and explore, when he noticed a familiar-looking lioness walking around in a daze. He slowly crept up behind her and using his best teacher-like voice he said "And what do you think you're doing young lady?"

Akinyi stretched, her long body was sprawled across her couch with her tail tapping the arm lightly. Her off the shoulder cardigan hung loosely over her curves and a pair of tight, black three-quarter lengths hugged her fluffy legs. She released a loud yawn that gave out a high 'mew' noise and bared her sharp teeth. With a flick of her hair with her left paw, she lent over and beeped the red 'off' button on her T.V remote, the screen briefly lit up a white flash and then subsided into blackness.

An hour later, she sat at a cafe table at 'Grounded', a local cafe that specialised in exotic, vegetarian and vegan friendly foods. One paw held up her head, pushing against her cheek causing her whiskers to stick right out, the other held up a copy of the comic 'Better Days' by Jay Naylor. Leaning forward a little to suck some of her banana milkshake through a straw, she scanned through her favourite chapter, 'Persia'. As her eyes passed the image of an overwieght dog being thrown through an apartment window, she wondered upon the concept of meeting someone, being brand new to the apartment complex, she had grown a little lonely.
