The teams will also be: Lars and Takahashi on one team, Mizuki and Hanzo on another, I and Sengetsu as the leadership team, Haku and Lucifer as the infiltration team along with Hysteria. These are the teams for now, though I understand there may come issues with them, so they may be re-arranged if necessary. For now, though, we will work together rather than in two-man cells. Takahashi and Mizuki, you need to train. I can see a promotion to Jounin coming your way, but not until you prove yourselves ready. You're almost there. Just try a little more." Kleine was here for one primary reason: to instill discipline into those who call themselves the people of Rain. Hysteria could call herself whatever she wanted, but she didn't know how to discipline like he could. In the end, she was too soft for this. But he wasn't. Hysteria sighed. She couldn't help but feel a bit awkward at the current moment in time. She could feel from the entirety of the village that there was... fear. These things usually went one way or another; victory or rebellion. Even rebellion could still turn into victory, and even victory could still turn into rebellion, but it was the first few moments that decided the fate of the country. She hoped Kleine could keep the peace in the nation, and she didn't want him to have to recall Hanzo and turn this into some sort of military nation. That wasn't what she wanted; she actually did... really want... even just a little bit of peace.
There was no inner peace for her right now, though. She couldn't help but feel a strange movement of energy from all around the village, and it was hard to enjoy. The village had been practically lain with the rosepetal circuit, but that didn't mean they were all that ready. Tenka still roamed the skies above, but that didn't mean they'd know everything that was going on. She wasn't afraid for herself, but she was afraid for the members of Akatsuki who weren't yet ready. People and their ignorant ideals of the past would often hurt life without thinking of what they're hurting. She didn't want for Mizuki or Takahashi to get hurt. She wanted to keep them safe. "Children, I don't know if I'm wrong... but..." She frowned, her hands clasping together. "Something dark is looming over our heads."

XXXXXKyo had heard the man's words as he now approached the tower of the Amekage. He would try and get to the bottom of things, and see who was now the leader of the Rain. This village was still his home, and he needed to now decide whether to flee or stay. Walking up the stairs and arriving at the Amekage's office, he watched another man head out. Looking inside, Kyo heard the same man giving out orders before disappearing as well. It was all very confusing to Kyo, not understanding what he was talking about. He just graduated the academy after all. The only thing he knew was how to manipulate fire and fight with his fists. Stepping at the threshold of the door, Kyo knocked on the open door and bowed.
"Excuse me, I am a genin of this village and I understand that there has been a change of hands in the role of leader. I am trying to get a grasp on things and want to know what it is that I am supposed to do now. I am still a ninja of the Rain Village, and since there is a new leader that I now serve, I wish to introduce myself. I am Kyo Kusanagi, a taijutsu specialist with the Fire element," Kyo said as he introduced himself humbly and respectfully.

Hysteria smiled. Looked like the kid had balls; 'least he didn't run away like a baby. "Oh, hello. I'm Hysteria. I have no real respectful title, but some people call me Hysteria the Mad... or Hysteria Heiland... or Hysteria the Lady Who Bends Over for Kleine! The last one is my favorite." She laughed, spreading her arms out across her table. Well, it wasn't like she owned the table. She wasn't really the Amekage, Kleine was just too busy to decide right now. "The real leader of this place, you could say, would be Kleine, but I'm sure he'll be entitling that to a different person once Akira's dead. I'm glad you stayed in the village. This place should remain safe and peaceful for all of its years, because Akatsuki is a force that cannot be quelled." She really did believe that what they were doing would bring prosperity to the Rain. The people wouldn't suffer under them. They had no reason to hurt them, either. Even from a moralist's standpoint, Akatsuki would bring them no harm. They even let Miki go, though he should've stayed and let himself be extracted... then he could've... lived a normal life.

"Um... Hello?" Hiruto asked in greeting as he had found his way to the Amekage's office. He took haste in getting here, though it took a little longer than he might like since he avoided as many people via alleys as possible, though he didn't known the town too well, so it did take a while. His limit wasn't completely full yet, he could tell. Though he could never tell where the limit itself was, he could at least know that he wasn't near it. After he poked his head in to see the Kage, he found himself in a room of people he didn't know how to address, so he kind of just paused like a statue and tried to find what to say next, though the words wouldn't come to him. It seemed like they might have been having a discussion as well, so he might have interrupted them, which he criticized himself as a bad way to make a first impression. He looked really plain, a little taller than normal, and his loose clothes hiding his well-built muscle, and wore rectangular glasses, though they were fake in truth. His black hair was pure, though that was also a lie, a dye to cover his unique orange hair. To most people, this person would almost look too plain to even take note of.

"AH!" Hiruto flinched, startled by the sudden yell, and without thinking, just did what was told and stood stiff in front of the man named Lars, though he was still nervous. "S-S-S-Sir, I've got a, um, question, please, um... What's a Genin?" He stuttered, embarrassed since it seemed as if he should know what this word meant, having had answered to it, but he had never been in a Ninja Village until this day, and they didn't have titles like that in the forests he lived in. In truth, he wasn't even a civilian of this village yet, he had just left the forest not even a week ago. The only reason he had answered to the word was because he was confused and panicked, not knowing what might happen if he wasn't respectful to the apparent authority. He was scared, even. Scared that if they tried to punish or hit him for being rude, he might kill them.

Tenzin landed in front of the Amekage's Office, he would be the rising hero who would jump in to save everyone at the last minute BUT now was not the time to act but the time to "act". Tenzin entered the Amekage's Office and remained silent...he wouldn't speak unless he was spoken too, as he was now an Uzumaki Ushio, just planting a large friggin' tree in the village and blowing it to smithereens was no longer possible for him and at his rank, fighting back would be inevitable.
Lars smiled and chuckled, he just wanted to see how they would react, "haha, no worries kiddo, a Genin is what you are, its a low-rank for shinobi but you'll rise up and become stronger, I know it," he said as he placed a gentle hand upon Hiruto's head, he didn't wish for his shinobi to be afraid of him, but he wished for them to be afraid if they ever pissed him off.

"Oh, um, thanks..." Hiruto said, though what the man said scared him even more. He truly didn't want to be stronger. In fact, if he could get any weaker, that would be bliss. So weak that it would be a joke for him to hurt anyone. But he didn't say anything since it might be rude or make misunderstandings. He had flinched slightly, not much to be noticed, when Lars touched his head, learning to avoid contact since he was little on his own. It wasn't a strict teaching of his Clan, but more of an unspoken rule, or something so obvious they didn't even have to mention it. |

With the Amekages Office exterior made mostly of glass windows and stone walls, Hiro could see a good majority of what was happening. Still it was a shame to see such young Genin betraying their own village, their own people. A true Loyalist to the Rain would have happily laid down their life for their village, but nonetheless Hiro had to put that aside. Waiting for the wind to die down Hiro lined up his shot, waiting for the opportune moment to strike. The sound of rain steath the shot, and the dense blanket of rainfall would cover any glare given off by the shuriken. With a flicker of lightning Hiro released the three shuriken in his hand as they zipped across the sky at a blinding speed. Upon penetrating the doorway, Hiro retracted his ring, and pointer finger; manipulating the static wires connected to the shuriken to hook a 180 and stab into the wall while the other stabbed into the opposing side of the room.
The shuriken stuck into the wall at about chest level, creating a triangle formation. Upon reaching their point of destination, Hiro drew back his throwing arm as he plucked the static strings from the Shuriken grenades; thus using the static spark to ignite the grenades. The Shuriken grenades would combust with the equivalence of three exploding tags, each sending out an array of metal shrapnel. Unfortunately for the Akatsuki this was the least of Hiro's intentions, for you see it wasn't the Akatsuki Hiro was aiming for, but three of the four main support beams of the room's foundation. With an interior explosion as such, the room would certainly give way, shortly followed by the building as a whole. "Alright, your move now," Hiro thought as he began to move eastward along the rooftops.
