The protagonist, Chou-Chou, saw seven beautiful worlds floating in space... so she decides to go take them over and make them her possessions. Along the way, she decides to enslave everything and everyone else, too, including the Heroes and Demon Lords of each world. And yes, everything is more or less accurate... she doesn't want to take a boat across an ocean, for example, so she turns a continent into her minion and literally has it move closer to where she wants to be.
I've really only seen one of these Heroes in action, and he's... XD Well, he's like the way a lot of people play heroes in JRPG's, actually. Right down to dressing his party members in fanservice costumes and waltzing into people's houses to look for stuff.
