I finished the minion plush I mentioned!
I'm hoping to get a couple photos of him soon to put up.
That's a smidge complicated, though, because my cats are convinced the minion is for them and steal it if I take my eyes off it for even ten seconds.
I'm hiding it in my closet until I wrap this year's presents, pretty much the only place in my apartment that they can't get into...

I started Overwatch about a month ago since I got my new laptop. I thought I'd play mostly as Reaper, but as learned the hard way, apparently, I suck as him razz Instead I've found that I'm best as Reinhardt! biggrin I'm always a tank no matter the game I play, and apparently I'm best in Overwatch as one, too! I hardly ever die! Meanwhile on like everyone else I'm entirely blessed if I get less than 10 deaths lol.

This isn't my official post to dA yet, I need to get onto my computer and create a collage with the other two views (side and rear), but I wanted you all to get the first peek!
He's a little more than six inches tall with legs included, about five inches wide with arms (his actual body is four inches in diameter, so a little more than twelve and a half inches in circumference).
He's part of my mum's Christmas gift, I hope she'll like him.

Thanks!! took the Final Exam and got a 98. Make that 3 A's. So yeah, now I'm completely done with school...except...I work at the school. And I think I may have to work during Winter Break, but I'm not sure.

Queen Spazzy Blind Blindness So quiet... crying What's up, everyone? I've been busy crafting and bingewatching Criminal Minds while I do so. >>;
I made up a bunch of dishcloths (half a dozen) in like two nights because I was so excited about my uncle requesting something from me for Christmas that I couldn't stop once I started.
I'm working on a minion plush (Bob, specifically) right now that I'm going to wrap up with the new Minions movie for my mom for Christmas.
Patterning it myself, it's looking pretty good so far, I'd say I'm about half done with him.
I bought some embroidery floss, aida cloth, and some plastic canvas to cross-stitch gifts for my beau's family and a friend; I'm not certain what I'm doing for all of them yet, but I'll figure it out later, I guess.
I'm kind of in a frenzy because I REALLY should have started working on this stuff at least last month, so now I have to rush to get everything done. >>;
In other news, I have one of the new style 2DSes! The Pokeball edition, to be exact.
I've not been able to play it yet, though, because I need to put a screen protector on the touch screen, and the ones I got were bent by the packaging (wasted one already trying to get it to go on); I've stuck the remaining one in a heavy book trying to get it to flatten, but I don't think it'll work, and I'm SUPER mad about it (like, I was so mad about the first one I almost started crying, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect things to be packaged proper so that they don't get bent, after all, and there's literally no excuse for this because they're even the officially licensed ones, not some cheap off brand).
How have you been, still keeping busy? Thank you for all the detail. I was too tired at the time to reply, but now that I finished my last Final Exam and thus my last class of the semester, I can finally start to relax. It sounds like you're a busy bee this holiday season! But you have lots of fun doing it, I'm sure. Art and creations are your form of entertainment. Bob looks great. You got him done pretty fast. You have unique skills, Brandy. My life? Did I tell you I got rear ended at a stop sign Wednesday night? I sent you pictures. Dealing with the insurance company. I've moved on to the cross-stitch thing for my beau's mom, now, and I feel like it's going too slow, though my beau seems to think it's going well.
Hopefully I have time to make a few little things for his sister and brother-in-law and maybe crochet a scarf for one of his cousins, otherwise we'll have to go scout out something to buy soon...
I hope you can get some good down time in during this holiday season, and wish you luck with the insurance company!
