Kobi looked up at the clouds and sighed as he said,"I was stolen at birth by this pack that wanted to train me to be evil, but I never cooperated so they tortured me to break my resistance." He then looked back at Lyra and said,"One of the ways they tortured me was by tying me to a post in the middle of a field everyday and only fed me anough to barely keep me alive. As if that wasn't bad enough, it seemed like people would even go out of their way just to make my life even more miserable but the on thing that brought me joy was the rain. You see when it rain it meant I got extra water and everone stayed inside so I finally had a time of peace."

Scourch ran into the kitchen and in the blink of an eye had a full meal of pancakes, bacon, eggs, and orange juice all set up. He then smiled and said,"How about this."

"Oh, I see," said Lyra. She then looked up towards the sky as she stood up. She then looked away so rain water wouldn't get in her eye from the rain.

Kobi took off his jacket and held over lyra so she wouldn't get wet. He then smiled and said,"Mabey we should go inside and watch a movie."

"Sure and I do have a tv in my room," said Lyra with a smile and lead him to her room.

Kobi followed her into her room and looked around at everything in the room. He then smelled something strange in the air and began sniffing the air.

Lyra grabbed a towel from her bathroom and dried her head with it. She then looked at Kobi. "What is it?" she asked.

Kobi continued to sniff the air and said,"I'm not sure but there's some weird scent in here."

Lyra wasn't s sure what he was sniffing and then sniffed the air. Once she smell it she said, "Oh, that's just my scented perfume for my room."

Kobi finally found the source of the smell and after taking a large sniff; he passed out due to the over powering scent and his extra sencitive sence of smell,

Lyra smiled and nodded. She then walked towards him, kneeled to him, and kissed his lips to awake.

Kobi woke up and hit his forehead on Lyra's chin as he tried to sit up. He then fell back down and held his head.

She then moved her lips away and placed his head on her lap.

Kobi laughed as he place his hand on her head and said,"I guess I need to be more careful."

"Yes, more careful love," said Lyra.
