My choices from those would be:
~Steampunk - Though I'm quite new to the genre (I've been playing .hack//G.U. recently, which has a fantasy/steampunk basis).
~Assassins/Police/etc. - I dunno, playing 'cops and robbers' seems nostalgic, and would love to do it again.
~Future/Sci-Fi - There's lots of possibilities here.

I agree with Gale. A cops-and-robbers style roleplay would be fantastic. I'd finally get the play as that reporter-type I've been dying to try out!
According to Wikipedia, I missed being a horse by seven days. I ended up a snake. An earth snake, no less. *shudders* I prefer to call myself a metal horse.
Since when is metal a basic element? question

It seems I'm a zodiac hybrid. I'm right between Capricorn and Aquarius, and I'm relatively close between snake and horse.

I for one don't care about horoscopes and all that. But sometimes it's just fun to know. x3

I am both a Chinese Horse, and a Western Cancer. Yep, here in the western world I am both a blight on humanity (cancer) and a STD (crabs). Both do fit my personality quite well, though I am curious about the element chat of metal. Where did this come from?! I am water by choice, and zodiac. It is just a very accurate way to describe certain parts of my personality, but there is one other personality test that I took a while back . . . it had not four elements, but seven to possibly get. Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Light, Dark, and Shadow.
I got shadow, and there is a line in there that has stuck with my mind. "Nobody will ever truly know you, because you won't let them." Talking about how we keep secrets from everybody. And it is true, some know some secrets, others know others, but not a single person on the planet knows every detail about me. It would require all my aquaintances to get together and chat for a while for all to be known of me. ninja

The wikipedia article on the Chinese Zodiac is helpful for explaining the elements thing. I had known at one time, but I had forgotten. ^^;; I also learned some new things, too.
For example, as I was born on July 10th, 1986, I am a Yang Fire Tiger (for the year), with an inner animal of a Fire Sheep (for the month/week), and (I think) a secret animal of the Horse (for the time I was born).
I knew about the year element classification. The way the Yin/Yang and five elements rotate around the animals, there's a pretty 60 year cycle. I did not know about the inner/secret animals, though. Fairly interesting, to say the least.
It's weird thinking about myself as not a Tiger though. sweatdrop I like tigers. XD

Uh... I don't really know what I am. All I know is that I'm a full fledged Scorpio who believes Mars is more her planet than Pluto..
I love Zodiacs. Well, like Aries, Leo, those kinds of horoscopes. My friends always laugh at me because it's usually the firs thing I ask when I meet someone....
That? Chinese Zodiacs?...I think I'm like a rooster or something... *slumps* I don't wanna be a stupid rooster...
