Don't go onto dodgy sites or give your password away to anyone and you'll be safe.

I have never understood why you would want to steal virtual gold to buy stuff for a virtual you.
I advise you never tell anyone your password and change it every few months.

Because for some people, that virtual gold can turn into cold hard cash.
Just look at all the websites selling Gaia gold through bots. It happens.

That's disgusting.
Gaia Online is a place for discussion and fun. It is not intended to line a persons pocket.

People like to think about what could be done. People like to think that the richer they look the more powerful they are. Thats why they buy collection items and sell them for more gold. People take advantage of this with those sites the bots advertise. As Notte said, cold hard cash

It's like free money for some people. Money means you have power. It makes sense, but doesn't mean it's right.

Well since my xbox took a crap on me last weekend I'll be xbox-less for about a month. The good news is I'll have time to play all the Resident Evil again from 0 to 4. Should be real exciting.

I really never had a desire to own an XBox... Thankfully my PS2 (from around 2002, no less) has been nothing but wonderful to me biggrin . My gamecube bit the dust a few months ago, but luckily I knew a few guys at Gamestop who gave me a discount on a newer one. xd

My PS2 is still working and it lasted longer than the crappy slim line i got last crhistmas. I think the cheaper technology gets the less time it has until it breaks.
