Well, hello there. I'm not sure why I got an invite to this wacky place, but I guess we'll see if I fit in, eh?
Never been much for introductions, so lemme warm up with the basics.
I am indeed a lady as my avatar suggests, 18 next month (finally), and I was born, raised, and currently reside in the horribly humid Florida. Never had the pleasure to leave the state, either, not even on vacation. C'est la vie.
My hobbies include the usual reading and video games, but I'm also into instrumental music, old Christmas music, and occasionally various cultural music. I'm also a big fan of art (of which I myself dabble), and storytelling (big fan of CYOAs). My newest interest is in sewing, and I'm lucky enough to have my mom teach me on her new machine (yay). I hope one day to be able to emulate the fun quirks of Japanese street fashions and use them in my own designs.
Having been homeschooled for all of high school, I'm rather nervous about going to a public college, which I'll be majoring in culinary operations in, but I'm sure I've built up enough confidence and hopefully charisma to get through it okay.
Most of all I value justice, honor, and logic, and while I'm not a big ran of most kinds of randomness, this guild seems to be one of the very few kinds I like. My strongest skills are my patience (which by a strange coincidence has nothing to do with my hastiness), my cooking, and my innocent naivete.
(Condensed tl;dr version: I try to be nice, but don't take advantage of that. I'm just shy, not antisocial, so you can talk to me. Watch your style of randomness if you're specifically talking to me; I don't like the "LOL SO RANDUM XDD" random. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just blunt.)
So, with that all said, I hope I really connect to this place. I'm looking forward to hanging out here, too. : )
