I loooove me some TACOS. (Too important a word, I've decided, to write in lower-case.) And yay -- I discovered I have some veggi taco filling mix, along with some tomatoes, lettuce, flour tortillas, and a bit of cheese. Looks like it's my lucky night. Ooh, and two kinds of salsa.

Salsa verde (my favorite) and salsa picante (my SO's favorite). I'm thinking it's going to be a pretty great night, dinner-wise.

Picante sauce (salsa = 'sauce'). Red salsa. Tomato-based instead of tomatillo-based.
