I use Pit for this, stand at the bottom and just combo A until you're tired as Hell. xD
Bags wont go to the two spot and the pit at the bottom allows more hits faster as the bags are trapped. It's hard to tell by the diagram but there is space enough to get down to the bottom unless you're Ganon or another really tall player.

I ate some fruit salad and a fudge protein bar earlier, those ought to help. I don't want to eat too much, either; if it's whack blood sugar, you don't want to tip it too far the other way.

What's all this pitfall whatever stuff for? :3
