ummm...Raped by a horse and dying.
cruxafixion (?), slow drawn out process death by hemorrage, suffication, heart attack, and bleeding to death.
Other slow deaths would be freezing, starvation, dehydration.
Drowning would be painful.
Vomiting to death? Throwing up blood til you die.
The list keeps going.

Whoa... I've just been emotionally traumatized for life...
Umm, I would think being killed by a group of clowns with devilish features, who constantly laugh and joke around. All the while they slowly put an intricate system of needles all throughout your body (especially painful in the fingertips gonk ) which are connected to wires. The needles don't kill you and the clowns use the wires to control you like a puppet, with the needles constantly cutting into your flesh bit by bit.
Oh, and all the while, incredibly silly music is playing in the background (like Bananaphone or something).
Lmao...I know I would find that painful...
