I've been playing the piano for 8 years and I used to take piano lessons. Although I've quit taking classes, I still love the piano very much and I don't plan to ever stop playing it heart

Um well.. Im nothing impressive in comparison to you all. Ive never had any official training in any instruments nor vocals, but currently ever since I was 17 (am 23 now) I have been teaching myself to sing. I started out doing really well and within 2 years I improved myself to an almost incredible pro level like singing until my confidence took a flurp due to a lack of a supportive irl system (very unsupportive and degrading family about singing) and my mind put a mental block on myself and I have never been able to sing the same since nor well. I have been working since 19 to try and take down the mental block but to no avail. I wont give up tho. I will get it off and go back on track of getting to my full potential again someday. Im hoping to meet some other musicians/make buddies and as well as maybe get some tips or singing help to get me back on the right track.
anywho, aside from that I write songs but as I have no musical bg or knowledge of notes or how to write the background music stuff, theyre just paper lyrics without a tune.
Welp, sweatdrop Thats me.

Hi, I'm vilhauered, and I love classical music. I don't know how to play any instruments, but I am interested in learning violin. In my personal opinion, classical music has the most emotion to it when compared to other genres.

I'm a dramatic coloratura soprano. I have been paid for performances, but mostly I pursue music as a passion, not a profession. I'm living proof of the lesson that some things you can't really understand until you've experienced it--in the form of how emotionally difficult the performance profession can be. I'm willing to discuss if anyone considering music as a profession wants advice--and I am not advising to avoid it! But it takes a certain temperment, and ability to deal with certain frustrations, so it is well worth knowing the hurdles before you run into them face-first.

I am also beginning to teach, both basic voice and theory.

I'm a vocal musician. I sing classical music of course, and was a part of an audition college choir. I have 8 years of choral experience smile

Hello! I'm Bluue. I've played piano for 13 or so years, had two years of violin training, a year of guitar training, and my primary, singing, for about 10 years now. I'm in college for music liberal arts as well. I love Opera and classical music, but I'll listen to anything! My current interest is Pavaratti. His version of Nessun Dorma is just amazing~

Hi! You can call me Liz. Violoncelliste is kind of a mouthful sweatdrop ... I started off playing viola for my middle school orchestra in 6th grade. In 7th I switched to cello and have been playing ever since then, though I stopped 9th to take French, and 12th for other reasons (I switched to mariachi and learned guitar). I'm looking to buy myself a cello to keep practicing, and I plan on joining my university orchestra. I also play guitar in my spare time. I can't really say I have a favorite composer. I can't dislike classical music.

Hello, all. I'm a composer (mostly piano solos, but I also do other stuff.) I play nearly every percussion instrument: Marimba, Xylophone, snare drum, drum set, etc. I have a youtube channel, but I only own a piano in my home, so my videos are all of piano solos. Here's the link. Tell me what you guys think. smile

I only have five videos...

Oh, this is kinda exciting!
I'm a music therapy major and my primary instrument is piano! I've been playing piano for about 18 years now and I love classical music, especially Baroque music as well as twentieth century music. My favorite composer of all time is definitely Bach, but my favorite piece would have to be Rachmanioff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor.

I play clarinet and bass clarinet as well for our wind symphony, but I've recently had to quit playing bass clarinet because it was causing me pain in my right shoulder. As a music therapy major, I also have learned voice, percussion, and guitar!

I have played the flute for 13 years and still try to fit it in my busy days when i can.. I have a family of two so it is hard to keep play most of the time. also have a disabled husband that can't remember what to do everyday.. cause of his two concussions so I take care of my family and most times don't have time to play my flute. but oh well.. love music.. and always will.. singing is another thing i do too. i sing around the house as much as i can.

Hello, my name is Heather!
I use to play flute in middle school band. I use to play the recorder in elementary and middle school. I'm now reteaching myself to play the recorder. I like to sing, I mostly sing nonsense or just do lots of scales. I really love opera and classical music.
I haven't told many this***
When Fifth Element came out I watched it soo many times...I became obsessed with singing like Diva Plavalaguna. redface
