Rini winced slightly at the sound of Saotome's shout from outside. "Excuse me, Mizukage-sama," she murmured before backing away, straightening, and turning to walk to the front door. What was there for Saotome to be mad about? His clone had been present for the discussion, had it not? It had heard everything Neo had said to her -- those spiteful words that threw all of Rini's kindness back in her face. Was Neo the only one allowed to be mad at people for wrongs done to him? Was he the only one allowed to have feelings to be hurt? Jaw tight, she slowly put her shoes back on. He could summon her to chew her out for walking off like that all he wanted, but she would certainly take her time obliging him.

((Just in case it's not clear. She doesn't know that Neo's out there. She was inside when he collapsed outside.))

Yun turned to Rini as they were about to head inside.

"Yes, what i- Neo?"

He looked in the distance to see not only Saotome, but also Neo, who had now collapsed onto the ground. He rushed over to him as he turned to Rini and Saotome.

"Rin, he's exhausted, we need to get him inside. Saotome, help her!"

There was no helping the trickle of worry that swept through Rini when she heard Yun's words, but she squashed it quickly. She was angry at Neo for what he had done. That did not mean she would not follow Yun's orders and help him, but that did mean that she did not have to be particularly kind about it. She jumped up from returning her shoes to her feet and hurried after Yun to Neo's side. Face passive, she called up her medical chakra and ran a quick diagnostic. It was as Yun had said. He was exhausted, had low chakra reserves, and was suffering severe muscle strain as well, from the looks of it. "I told him to go back to bed," she stated blandly, stepping away from the boy and his father figure.

Neo's face even above his scars was cut on his face. He mumbled unconsciously "Rini... Rini... I'm sorry Rini... Rini... my promise... Rini..."

Though Neo was exhausted, he was still trying to tell Rini that he was sorry, and about his promise that he needed to keep. He lay there on Saotome's arms with some cuts, and others were just some minor scratches. Neo had strained himself too much to get to Rini, but it wasn't in his mind to give up what he had.

Nova watched the scene unfold before him, staying out of the way but still observing. So this was the Neo he had been searching for for the past few hours? He was surprised, thinking someone of the clan would hate being weak in front of others like his many siblings back in Rock, yet hardly knowing the boy he felt that it was eating him up inside, that and something else.

He followed them to wherever they were taking Neo Raiken, wanting to chat with him when he woke. He was the youngest sibling in his family and all his brothers were well into there 20's. And even though the clan was somewhat large with not true blood relatives to his family, there weren't any of the clan that weren't his relatives inside of Rock Village. So to meet someone around his age who was of the clan would be nice for a change.

Saotome was then greeted by Riin."Rini, after tell ing him to rest, and the talk you two had at my house, made Neo pretty much crawl all the way here! He is in no condition to be going anywhere! Plus he had something to tell you, forcing him to come here. Rini, seriuosly, why must to do this to him?" Saotome was mad. Even though Neo had positive intentions to come here, he didn't like the fact that he crawled here. He was now walking inside, carrying him inside."Rini where do i go?"

Rini bristled, snapping her gaze up to Saotome, eyes hardening. "Oh, so it's my fault now that he insulted me? In me looking after his best interest -- trying to prevent him from hurting himself further -- I forced him to pretty much say that I, my friendship, and all the kindness I've offered him means nothing to him?" She gave a short, harsh laugh. "Oh, that makes a whole lot of sense. I guess you're going to blame me for everything else, then, huh? I'm not a good enough healer, else he'd have been perfectly fine? If I hadn't been a bit messed up in the head and left you two alone to talk with Luna-sensei and get it fixed, then you wouldn't have had that spar and he wouldn't have gotten hurt in the first place?"

The genin planted her feet and threw up her hands as if in defeat, not following Saotome any further. "Alright, fine! You got me! It's all my fault! Go ahead. Blame me for everything! Want me to go ahead and open the shadow-thing's box while we're at it? I'm sure he'd love this! Then I'll go crazy, be a threat to the village, and you'll have to kill me. Problem solved! I'll be out of your hair and won't be able to cause him anymore pain, since that's obviously my goal in life." She shot the man a sharp glare, lip curling slightly as the sarcasm rolled surprisingly easily off her tongue. "Go wherever," she snapped, turning in her heel and storming toward the compound's gates. "It's not like you really want me around anymore, anyway, so why should I care?"

She was furious! How could he blame her for this? Neo had done it to himself, and yet Saotome said it was her fault? If anyone, he was to blame for putting Neo in that state to begin with. Her eyes began to prickle with heat again, though these tears were born of anger instead of sorrow -- but pain was pain, no matter where it came from.

((I did read the post. Read it several times, actually, but somehow still missed it. Sorry. -__-
On another note, it took all I had not to actually have her curse in all of that . . . she's not to that stage yet. >_<))

Katsuro's eyes squinted as silent moaning noises was coming from the oxygen mask. The heart rate monitor had a few more numbers going down, Katsuro was now sweating as something in his mind seemed to be causing all this.

Katsuro watched the fight with Zann at Kashensu's lone island, his house. This was 9 years ago, both him and Zann were blooded, worn out and seem to be going on this death match. The young Katsuro was in his own pool of blood, but stood on one knee.Zann as well was in his, just glaring at each other. Zann's arm was cut off by Katsuro's Anbu sword, but Katsuro himself had a wide stab wound on his right side of his chest, more like a slash mark than anything else. The real Katsuro just watched on the sidelines as no expression was on his face. "This was one of my sins of memories. I'm sorry Zann, But this was my duty as Anbu before. How foolish I was when I was young." He said as he walked over to a door which led back into the white void. He herd voices from the void, Rini's voice and a few others. He also herd Zeph's voice which he thought it was memory as well. He kept on walking to the endless void as to find another reason he was here.

((OO up to there then in your life history then eh? if i recall it was not long after that that jake became your student...ah good memories))

Isacc didn't like to be ignored, but he kept his anger in check as he would follow the kage to the scene, he would look at the kid, noticing the wounds and the scars over his body. He would then look at the rini, listening to her little rant. As she spoke of crazy shadow thing, his eyes became half lidded. Guess we all have our own personal demons he would think to himself, as she walked off. He'd then turn to saotome, "As your busy taking care of him, want to see if i can help her? Dont wanna go into details, but i had a similar....experience..," he would say, returning his eyes from there half lidded stated, making sure to pick his words carefully near the end.

((Everyone has personal demons, with some people its a physical shadow thing, with others is a voice in your head...that never stops, never ends, and wont go away...ever..))

"Rini, Your acting like an Idiot. Instead of losing control, how about you try calming down and talking in a manner that does not make you look crazy."he was calm."I am only saying that you made him drag himself all the way here in his condition. Thats all im saying. ITs not your fault for caring about him and wanting him to be ok. Go ahead and lose control, im not going to deal with it, GROW UP!" Saotome then asked again."Where do you want me to take Neo?"

Rini stopped at the gates and turned halfway back, scowling at Saotome. "I didn't make him do anything," she stated firmly. "He made a choice just like you made a choice, and we all have to deal with the outcome of those choices." Her eyes drifted down to Neo in his arms, and her lips thinned, scowl fading ever so slightly. "I'll probably forgive him eventually, but right now, I need some time to think -- and let him think -- like an adult so that I'm sure I am making the right choice. Besides, after how you acted earlier, you have no right to tell me to grow up." She turned and continued out of the compound, grumbling more softly, "You're not my father."

In Neo's mind was Ysuka, the demon of the Alvarez family, though fueled by hatred he seemed to grow a little bit care, and asked Neo"You need me don't you? I can help you get up, and tell her sorry... I'll only be doing thise once though... idiot!"

Neo laughed a bit at the little demon's words and answered "You seem to have grown soft for her as I have. Yes, it would seem I need you, no destruction please..."

The little demon answered back "Fine! I'll behave, but just this once too!

Neo's body then started gaining dark chakra on his right arm, and channeling a bit on his body as well. His eyes dilated, and he pushed himself out of Saotome's hands and fell to the floor. After a little bit, he stood up again with his eyes still dilated, andsaid in a deeper voice "I am Ysuka. Neo wishes to tell Rini that he was stupid, and didn't mean to say what he had said. You're the onlything he truly appreciates, and that's why he crawled himself here to you. He made a promise to you he will always keep, and he wants to redeem himself."

Neo seemed to be standing up like normally, but only his voice was much deeper, and his eyes were dilated. This demon had taken momentary possession ofhim, but it seemed like it meant no harm this time.

Saotome yells at her."ONCE YOU GROW UP AND STOP BEING A CHILD, YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH ON WHAT ITS REALLY LIKE TO BE AN ADULT AND ADOPT A SON AND HAVE MANY MORE RESPONISBITIES, UNTIL THEN, KNOW WHO YOUR TAKING TO!" Saotome was done with all this crap. He needed to just go somewhere else. He went inside of the house."Yun, where might you be? Are you home?" He was looking around in the house. He then seen the events of Neo happen. He just went to find Yun.

Sighing, Isacc would just shrug, as he would leave the mansion grounds. His team mates were already here, and its not like a man in a coma can just get up and leave. He would look at the kid standing with dark chakra around him. While to a normal person this would be weird, but isacc had grown up best friends to the previous 7 tailed demon host. So he'd gotten used to weird. He would listen to his words, then make his way out in the same direction as Rini.

When Saotome continued to yell, Rini curled her hands into fists and continued to walk. The next voice, however, that reached her as she passed the somewhat-stiff guards, made her slow to a halt again. That voice -- it was Neo's but not . . . slowly, she turned back around, studying the boy with veiled trepidation. "Ysuka . . ." she mumbled almost thoughtfully before slowly starting to move back toward him. The demon had not made any move to attack, but she still remained on guard, stopping several feet away from him as a precaution. "Thank you for delivering his message, and I will take it into consideration, but those words really hurt. Words cut deeper than any sword, sometimes, and the wounds they leave take longer to heal. It's not something medical chakra can fix . . ."

((Alrighty. She's stayed for now. Oh, and Muse? Yun was out there with us.))
