"Not really. The only problems I have are you and you're not that bad." Laurent grunted.

"You're better than the boss.." Laurent groaned, slumping over. "You at least have the mercy to kill. He'll just beat you to the point ofdeath and leave you to suffer and think."

"Yes... Just a very mean one." Laurent sighed heavily. "He uses pain as a teacher for patients. And sometimes patients get turned into lab rats, which is what I think Demi is now.."

"Oh now, now." He chuckled behind Gil, laying a hand downon his shoulder. "It's not like I don't have permission to do this."
...Laurent seemed to disappear, leaving nothing but a dust cloud...

"You DON'T have permission to test substances on unwilling soldiers." Gil responed, looking back at him with a cold stare.

"Ahh, but that's where you're wrong my dear boy." He smirked. "She's my patient and under my care. She's hurt. She needs medicine, and I'm giving it to her. But there's a new drug that's been found, but it's still in the testing process. Which is what I gave her, after filling out the proper paper work of course which is all signed."

"Oh, but she seems to already be healed. And doesn't paperwork usually have to be signed by the PATIENT too??"

"Her bones are still weak, a few still cracked here and there. And she's to young to legally sign the papers. That is left up to her legal guardian." He said, grinning.

"She's 18. The legal age, genius." Gil said, crossing his arms. "And don't get any ideas of making her sign the papers drugged."

The doctor sighed, shaking his head. "Not for this drug. Because it's so unknown the legal age for it is bumped up to 25, which she isn't. It tends to have stronger affects on younger people with smaller dosages so prevent accidents, the signing is left up to the parents."
"And speaking of signing papers while drugged, it also has one other affect: obedience."

"If it has this reaction on the younger people, then why use it?" Gil asked, an eye twitching as he turned around to face him.
