I know I'm doing gifted citizens and human citizens.
But I don't know if the people that work for Alina should be gifted or not.

By the way, Trowa, I just posted a skeleton sketch of some ideas for the roleplay I'm working with in the OOC/Spam section. That might give you a better idea of the academy... maybe. sweatdrop

I made the last main mini banner... so I figured I'd try to make a new one. I can't resize because I don't know the demensions... so I've been resizing on paint for the last hour... I invite anyone to take the original from above and resize it better, because I SUCK. Lol. But, this was in the end result. Hard to read due to resizing hundreds of time, but its more colorful.
