They have them in China and some parts of Europe too xd

But if you think about it, it's kinda gross. Privately, it's ok. But in public areas.... gross!!! xp Joe and Amy uses it, and perphaps an Ayame or [insert a japanese name here] does too. One washer for like 100 different butts burning_eyes

Well, that's just my view.

[ Yeah...I know they probably don't make contact but I still wouldn't wanna use one on a public toilet. XD; I don't even like sitting on public toilets...

I'd get a hotel just for a toilet like that though. And butt-warmers! ]
