yeah I don't blame you especially since I got banned for ACCEPTING A TRADE THAT WAS HACKED OT BOTTED. I don't even know for sure cause gaia never sent me a email... I had to ask a mod with a new character =/

there goes my 2004 character with 2004 items......... f u gaia

There was no reqason he was pretty wealthy and I'm sure he vended. I'm pretty new to vending too. I have made some good profits though. Like you I am also nerovouse.

A lot of gaians are, like you said, just greedy for gold and item. Also if you purchased something from someone even though it was botted gold, it's not that you knew that and its so not fair for that to be a reason to be banned. gonk
Also I'm not even sure if they can track down trades confused But if they can, then the only thing for not being banned is to know for sure that it isn't botted/hacked/scammed gold sweatdrop
God.. the color you use when you type.... I absolutely can't stand it... my eyes am hurt

Don't worry, I don't know anyone that has been banned off of that. I vend and I probably won't be banned. I think as long as you don't vend the whole day you're safe.

As suggested, it would be nice if we had a lawful representative that could look at the facts held against us gaians and then explain to us gaians the reasons for suspicion BEFORE complete and absolute expulsion. I mean what about those who simply have bad connections? Or those who go nuts over events (especially with the ones where you have timings betwen gaining a form of 'points')? Or those who simply do a lot at once? I don't condone botting, it's not something I would recommend or do under any circumstances.

However, there are always difficlties. Perhaps even steriotypes (Sorry if that sounds weird).

I guess caution is the only thing that could be fairly advised. Caution and security.

My old account that I had had since '04 was banned.
I was doing an art trade for a Gwee and Easter Bunny Ears, the girl gave me the items, I was never able to give her the art though.
I was banned for hacking or botting.
Very generic message.
The girl I got the crap from was never accused of anything.
That kinda pisses me off.
They don't look into things enough.
They really should.
