The day they left orbit

Rai stood back up in a struggle, after using his powers and added "Yes, just as Kaski said, we are trying our hardest to ensure we get back ho....." All of a sudden the school started shaking even worse than when it went out of orbit. Rai and all the other students who were in the cafeteria looked outside the glass wall to see what was happening to make the school shake so much.

Rai quickly took a glimpse at the clock hanging at the main entryway of the cafeteria to see it was 2100 hours, three hours after they had gone out of the Earth's orbit. With all the excitement Rai didn't realize how long they had been drifting off in space. He then realized that by that amount of time the school has drifted very far from its prior location.

He looked back outside the glass wall to try to find out what was it that was making the school shake so much. Rai's face turned pale as though he had seen a ghost, but it was worse, much worse. A black hole had been pulling in the school. As it pulled them the lights went out one by one and the ship started to shake so horribly students were being flown from one end of the cafeteria to the other.

Rai knew what he had to he had to use his powers once again to keep all the students back on the floor. "EVERYONE, STAY DOWN!" He shouted while struggling to make sure everyone stayed as close to safe as possible.  

[Shiomizu]

Colin stumbled into the cafeteria, flying more then walking, as the school was thrown back and forth. He looked up at Rai with a desperate look in his eyes.
"Sir! We need your help in the engine room! I think we found a way to get us back!"
He shouted over the screams of terrified students as objects flew around the room. The school tumbled all along, a free moving shuttle in space.

"Everyone hold on to something" Rai shouted in an attempt to reach Colin's location trying to use enough of his power to stay attached to the ground but not to completely drain him. "Hurry, let's get to the engine room before we get to close to that black hole."  

[bessio]

Rai's powers weren't enough to hold everyone down. Aimi and 7 other younger students were still strugglling to find something to support themselves. The whole cafateria was in chaos. Everyone was screaming and some were petrified with fear.
Then, the entire school lurched abnormally, and some of the tables and furniture broke free of the floor and were flying across the cafeteria. Right towards the 8 dislodged students...  

[Darkside_Heartless]

Ra stumbles into the cafeteria in a hurry. He sees the table headed toward the students and shoots it with enough electrical force to magnetically attach it to the ground. Ra then says "Rai, quick go with Colin ill help the students here."
The room then shakes violently again disturbing the electrically magneted table into the air and Ra realizes this is gonna be harder than it first seemed.

Colin started jumping down the hallway; jumping being easier then running with the whole school gripped by violent jerks and shakes.

"oh i hate doing this."
*takes of gloves and uses powers makes tables attached*

Rai begins to feel a bit dizzy from so much use of his power. He then looks at Colin and realizes that jumping will be less of an effort than trying to keep himself gravitized to the quaking school floor.

*floats to rai by pushing off wall*
"oh what are we going to do rai"  

[Shiomizu]

Colin finally reached the engine room after tripping several more times. He ran in to the room, now cleared of most of the wreckage, and pointed at the main engine.
"Quick, we need to move that!"
He said, pointing at the engine repetitively.  

[Crazy_Munkay]

"c'mon we can do it if we all do it together."
"ready push"

Rai followed Colin into the engine room, still tired from prior use of his powers. Rai put out his arm to activate his powers once more in an attempt to move the engine, but then the worst possible thing could've happened. Rai's mechanical arm had started to overload from too much use of trying to stablize his powers.

His arm was going crazy with electricity surging through. The electricity had then started coursing throughout the rest of his body leaving him temporarily paralyzed and unable to lift the engine with his power.

The school then shook even more violently as the black hole was right in front of the school. Power surges caused by the pressure of the black hole went throughout the entire school causing failures in all the electrical appliances even the life support for a brief moment causing some students to pass out from lack of oxygen.

The black hole slowly started ripping parts of the school away. That's when miraculously Rai gained control of his powers once again. This is where Rai had the hardest decision to make putting the engine back and letting the school be ripped in half by the force of the black hole pulling them one way and the school pulling away to the opposite side and letting half the students die from the force or to use his gravitational powers on the school instead and keeping it together and taking the risks of what could happen in the black hole.

Rai had made his decision, he was not about to let any of the stdentsts die on his watch. So, using every ounce of energy he had left, he held the school together in hopes that whatever happens in the black hole it would at least spare the students.

The school had finally entered the black hole, with the school shaking twice as hard as ever.

For a while it was pitch black and then the lights from the school had come back on. The school and all its' students were safe or at least as safe as safe could get from after entering a black hole.

Rai took a quick glimpse out of th glass wall and realized that they weren't in their orginal sector of the universe but a different sector, or they might not even be in their own universe but maybe a different universe alltogether. Rai walked a few steps away from the window and said to himself, "Well at least everyones oka........" Rai had passed out from using to much energy and his body fell slowly to the ground.

It is now 0900 hours when Rai wakes up in a bed and he notices Ra in the room with his hands burnt. He says nothing to him to tired and confused to speak and looks up at the ceiling but Ra speaks to fill him in on whats happened. "The school is stable and everyone is on the ground, right now I'd say everyone is sleeping after whats happened. Also incase you're wondering how everything is on the ground Colin did some tampering in the main engine room and made the engine give off enough power to get the school to spin and use centripetal force as artificial gravity, he's a pretty smart guy." Ra gets up to leave the room but before he steps out he says "Oh and Rai i ain't no doctor but i suggest you stay in bed until you feel like you have enough energy but really i dont care, also the reason i was in here is i know about metal and electricity I was just fixing you up. I had to add an electrical jumper battery to your arm, it will absorb any electricity caused by your body and youll be able to use it as a weapon by shooting it out or when your heart stops one day it'll shock you automatically to get your heart pumping but be careful, forcing it to absorb your bodies electricity will most likely kill you, even just using it to much at one time could kill you due to over heat, but nothing will happen if you just dont use it." Ra then leaves the room.

Down in the engine room, Colin continued to work away, or at least his hands did. His mind was at a thousand different places at once. They were gone. Not just gone, but GONE. Lost in a place none of them had ever been before, millions of light years away from home, with little to no chance of surviving. Colin's hands starting working faster and faster, until he dropped his tool on the floor, tears running down his greasy cheek. He slapped the back up engine, then punched it; hurting his hand in the process.

"GOD DAMNED PIECE OF CR**!"

He screamed as he started kicking the engine in his hopelessness, pain, and frustration. He stopped once his big toe hit the steely strength of the engine's siding. He cursed some more before finally playing out most of his anger. He sat down and breathed deeply a few times. It had been a hard day. The gravity he had made from spinning the school seemed to be the only thing he could do right...

Colin's eyes slowly looked up to the ceiling in sadness, but found something else. A crack could be seen where the ceiling met the wall, only larger then a hair, but light shown through it, flashing on and off in rhythm. He picked up his hammer and stood on the chair, getting a closer look at the crack. He put his ear up to it and heard a swooping sound and felt air flow from the opening. He thought for a moment as to what was up there. His eyes shot wide open when an idea came into his brain. This could be what they were looking for...

Aimi walks into the room where Rai is lying, "Woah! jeez Rai. You're really banged up... well right before you passed out i used my powers to calm the other students and i sent them to bed. I rounded up all the ones that passed out and checked for injuries. they all seem to be alright except for minor cuts and bruises."

Aimi looks around and seems to notice something she had missed before, "Hey Rai? Where... where is Colin?"
