Probably, since the only place where the dogs are abundant enough to pose that kind of a threat is probably RE3 and maybe RE2, in both cases, the dogs fall down after one bullet, so it's easy to keep them down.
In REmake and RE0, the dogs might be harder to take down, but you also don't really meet more than 2 at a time. Except for that courtyard in REmake, but there, they're so scattered that it's not worth fighting them anyway. I always just run past and leave unharmed.

100% noob, in fact. It was cool that he had his powers in CVX but he didn't overly flaunt them as he does today. Nowadays he just shows off his abilities to wow people. Aka, he's a prize horse now.

No. It's a vaguely possible theory. We don't know what happened to her after the Mansion Incident, only that she survived that.
However, if you think that she's dead because she didn't survive the mansion, then yes, that does make you a noob.
