	Well, in that context, technically there can be Lego anything. But I am talking about a full Lego Resident Evil video game. Man, now I wanna get a bunch of legos and recreate the RPD.

	Sighs So nice to see my thread back up and living... ^_^ But anyways... To pull off the size of the Tyrant monsters, they'd need extensions for either the mid-section or the bottoms of the feet, and the arm would be a special joint fitting into the arms like Biohazard says and the enlarged artery would be a fitting like the scuba-packs fit on the legomen.
