iCosmo29 Orchestrakid1449 I really enjoy listening to the planets. My favorites would have to be Mars and Jupiter. I saw the whole Suite played by the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra last year and it was awesome. D; lucky. the people (in my opinion) who play it the best is the London Symphony Orchestra smile The London Symphony Orchestra and Chicago Symphony Orchestra are my favorite orchestras because they are in the top three orchestras in the world.

i heard that a holst specialist made Pluto, the Renewer.
i listened to it. its is very dark and evil sounding.
then again, in astrology pluto is Haedes, the ruler of the underworld so i guess it portrais the underworld .-.

Yeah, I've heard it before. But Pluto isn't a planet anymore, so I guess The Planets Suite is complete once more. My favourite movement? Jupiter. I know, everyone likes Jupiter, but I have an excuse. See, my grandmother died the day before I had to play this Orchestra concert, and despite the fact that I was REALLY upset, I knew I had to play. The concert started with Mars, and ended with Jupiter, with other songs in the middle. (Uh... English Folk Songs by Vaughn-Williams... Selections From Lord Of The Rings... and other songs. I don't remember all of them. XD) Well anyways, I didn't want to deal with all these emotions. So I shut myself down and played the concert. All I remember is suddenly coming to my senses in Jupiter, and realizing how sad it was... all of it was so sad to me. So I played the rest of the song, tears coming down my eyes because of how beautiful everything suddenly seemed to me.
