Hello, I am Lunaris Wolf, but you can just call me Brad. I will be 21 in February and am currently training to be a fire fighter.
I was never raised to be religious or anything, but I was baptised Catholic and did attend chruch for a bit when I was young, but not only catholic church. My mom and I lived in Utah for a bit and we attended Mormon churches with my mom's friends.
As I grew older I began questioning the existence of God and what not. In middle school I started to consider myself an Atheist, though I had many religious friends. But as time went on and I became only slightly wiser i began to consider myself Agnostic, which is what I still consider myself. I do not believe in structured religion, I don't think you have to go to church or pray or anything to believe. I also don't necessarily believe in god, I just feel that with all of the religions in existence, why does christianity have to be the irght one? I know, it doesn't make sense, but don't worry about it.
I have done a lot of roleplaying with friends and in these rpg's i came across the Roleplaying company, White Wolf Inc. They make various games such as Vampire The Requiem and Werewolf The Forsaken. Well, as I started roleplaying this I became more and more interested in the occult, more specificly, Werewolves. I love the mythology behind them and even before that I had a passion for wolves.
But the occult all around interests me and I love talking about it and learning other people's belief's.

Hi, my name is Alicara. I'm a girl of 17. I read, a lot! Yup, a little book worm. I'm pretty quiet, at least on the net. I'm Wiccan, have been for 3 years now. I listen to a lot of rock (Opeth, Queensryche, Ozzy, Nirvana, Danzig) but I also like Fleetwood Mac, Les Mis, Forgotten Few, stuff like that. I'm a Rocky Horror junkie and I hate zombies.

Hello, all. I've been a member for some time but as of yet have not gotten around to introducing myself. This was predominantly because I was in the final stages of finishing up my business course. I only have a few typing tests left to do and then I'll be a certified Medical Office Assistant. smile
So now that I'm taking a little time off to recooperate, you'll likely see my name around a bit. I hope to make some friendships here and have great conversation.
To give you a basic idea of my angle on magic/k:
- Discordian - Shamanism student about 1 decade (mostly totemic animal studies). I learned most of what I know from my "brother", who is Cherokee, Choctaw and Irish. As you might guess, I've known him for a decade as well. His Cherokee roots are from North Carolina. I think I'll be able to point Dust.And.Echoes (from page 1) in the right direction, as she mentions that she would like anyone who knows anything about Shamanism (and I imagine, her particular ancestral path of Cherokee), should contact her. - I very sincerely believe that music can be a conduit for magic/k. - I think critically of any occult book I come across. - I don't care at all for certain publishing companies (that I feel make a mockery of magic/k and practitioners in general). - One of my intellectual influences, where occult study is concerned, is the time that I spent on alt.magick, from 1996-2000 (off and on). That is not to say that I like to spam, troll, or otherwise be some cause of negativity. - I am not a Satanist, but I do identify to some degree with the LHP in both my philosophy and my practises. - I prefer to follow the beat of my own drum. I always have. I can remember being a child and somehow knowing what to do.
To give you some idea of my personality: I'm supposedly an "INFP person", tend to be a by-the-book Libran as well as a by-the-book Monkey Year person (October, 1980), am a musician, a fan and student of dance, have an interest in Inanna of Sumeria, and I am at a point where I am just "coming back" into my magic/kal self.
I'm also coming back into my spiritual self. I've followed the road through a number of different spiritual/religious affiliations, but have found at this point that I am very comfortable, at last, being an Eclectic.
A pleasure to meet you all. ~Tali/Talis~
