Hector is wife of a former Raikage so invading cloud means you might anger him.

IF he gets angry Zeramaru will support him and everyone else attacking konoha right now.

IF Zeramaru gets angry you will have a yonbi guarding the gates of cloud.

Lets not forget FENRIR he who is far stronger than your kage.

Then again... once that bomb explodes you will be more concerned about protecting yourself.
