Alone: When alone Hana usually can be seen reading a book or staring up at the clouds bored out of his mind. Really Hana thinks about the future and about many other things that may trouble him.

With Others: While around others Hana tends to stay quiet and only speak when asked to. Hana is a very shy person and usually only opens up to people after a while of being with them. The person he is the most open with is Sona's child Yang.

In Combat: In combat Hana is always using Genjutsu to mess with his opponents heads. Hana really is against fighting or physically hurting people so he never attacks directally unless needed.

Out of Combat: Out of Combat Hana is mainly on his toes and is always aware of his surroundings.

Backstory: Hana mainly grew up inside of Iwagakure on the streets. Hana used to love to spar with random street kids even though he lost most of the time. When his close friends were killed during a war Hana turned into a quiet person who always got his academy work done and worked hard in class. Now a days Hana is seen just blankly staring up into the sky as if he was waiting for something spectacular to happen. Hana has changed and now is interested in joining the Akatsuki seeing as he has been searching for a purpose in life for quite a long time.

Hana finally had it with the Akatsuki and eventually escaped from them heading off on his own accord to learn more jutsu and become much much stronger. Now Hana lives a somewhat peaceful life teaching loads of Genjutsu and lightning students in the Cloud village, along with inventing new never before seen jutsu. but now he has taken a more laid-back attitude so he will be interested to see how his students take this.

Now upon the cloud village being destroyed, and himself losing a battle with the Hokage Kazuma, Hana has moved onwards to find a new place to call home.

Description:

After preforming several hand signs the user will stimulate their eyes with electrical chakra allowing them to see great distances (about 1 mile) as if they were looking through a telescope. This jutsu is mainly used for recon missions seeing as the user can see quite far so that they can be prepaired for whatever is ahead of them.

Description: This is a jutsu that both messes with the mind and can sometimes be irreversible. First off the User will form a long string of hand signs ending in a weird looking seal. After that a large lightning based Clone of the Lightning Goddess Shina will appear in front of the caster. As soon as the opponent lays eyes on her they will be caught in a deadly genjutsu where Shina herself starts shocking them into a coma. This jutsu cannot be Kai'ed out of unless the opponent is a S-ranked Genjutsu master, or has an eternal sharingan, or a high ranked shinobi kai's them out.

after one shock the opponent will feel dizzy.
after two shocks the opponent will lose their vision.
after three shocks they will lose the ability to move.
after four shocks they will fall into a coma. (opponent must approve of their Rpc going into a coma before the jutsu gets this far.)

Description:
After forming one odd looking hand sign the user will suddenly be struck by lightning. This lightning does not hurt the user, but instead gives them a large power boost in their lightning element. It also gives them a shimmering chakra cloak that forms over them almost like a tailed beasts but instead is in the shape of a human. By focusing their chakra the user now has the power to shoot lightning from their hands and if used right they can overpower other shinobi's lightning techniques. This jutsu only last for 10 minutes (posts) and once that time is reached the User will lose all ability to use jutsu for 5 minutes (posts).

Inari (Fox Messenger) is a simple jutsu. After forming one hand sign the user will summon up a small fox made out of pure chakra. The user simply has to give it a message to carry and tell it who to give it to, then the Fox will rush off to where ever the person is in the world and deliver the message. Or the user can verbally give the fox a message to tell someone and the Fox will rush off and find the person they are supposed to tell, then it will simply open its mouth and repeat the message as if the user was standing right there.

Clan Abilities

Special Clan Ability: Sakidasu “To begin blooming”

Allows the user to transform their body or parts of their body, and anything else on their body (Except for other people), into flower petals for short spans of time. The petals however are covered with razor chakra edges.

Time Limits:
Genin can hold the form for 10 seconds.
Chunin can hold the form for 20 seconds.
Jonin can hold the form for 40 seconds.
High Jonin can hold the form for one minute.
Sanin can hold the form for a minute and a half.
Kage can hold the form for two and a half minutes.

For every ten seconds held the user must wait thirty seconds before using chakra again.

These rules excluded Kaika Manako, however the user must rest for five minutes and may not use chakra for two minutes after the five. Then cannot use Kaika Manako for rest of the day.

Because of these rules, users must constantly be aware of time and always calculating.

Clan Jutsu:

D-rank:

→ Habbiraki “Half Bloom”: Turns a part of the body into petals, the user typically has a specific part in which they use. With this they can control the petals to move forward at the opponent to attack with razor edged petals before returning to the body.


C-rank:

→ Mankai “Full Bloom”: The user can turn the entire body into petals then attack the opponent. Also used as a means of moving over a small amount of distance

→ Kaika Manako “Blooming Eye”: Turns a single eye into an entire pear flower. Used with a wind technique for scanning.

B-rank:

→ Nidozaki “Second Blooming”: Once at least a single part of the body has become petals the user is able to cause the petals to essentially explode into tinier petals and send out a blast of chakra razors. Immediately after doing so the petals must return to the body.

→ Kei no Kaika “Whip of Blooming”: The user is able to turn an arm into petals but keep them nearly attatched still. With this the user can attack the opponent close range with the whip like petal/arm

A-rank:

→ Jinku no Hana “Lively Dance of Flowers”: Taijustu style incorporating the fluid movement of dance with precision use of the Habbiraki move on the hands. The user uses chakra enhanced speed to hit the opponent at vital spots with their hands. Right before the hand makes contact with the opponent the user transforms the appendage into petals with the use of Habbiraki.

Description: This blade was founded by Hana while he was out traveling the world in search of more genjutsu to learn. This sword is infact a large buster sword that allows the user to defend themselves better. By focusing Raiton chakra into the blade and slashing at the enemy the user can launch cresent shaped waves of electricity at their opponent (Each wave costs a D-rank jutsu). But other than the waves the blade can be used to cut through most objects (with raiton chakra) including steel with some difficulty (takes two posts to cut through steel). Seeing as the blade is wide it can also be used for defencive purposes such as if the user stabbs the blade down infront of them and extends the raiton chakra they can form a small sheild that can protect them from up to 2 D-rank attacks or 1 C-ranked attack (if the attack is a Fuuton technique then only 1 D-rank attack can be blocked).

In it's regular form, Mugen Haidora is a unique 7 section sword that can stretch to extreme lengths and even split into 4 different blades. It's regular form is usually the only one seen by the foes Ryugan face for it's second form is far too deadly to be used at the drop of an hat. It transforms into a giant bone dragon, it's spine lined with extremely sharp blades. The top of the serpent is a giant snake-like skull, row and rows of diamond strength teeth ready to rip the foe to shreds. Although the blades name is Infinite Hydra, a maximum seven of the bone dragons can be controlled and using the maximum amount tires the user fairly quickly.

╫Background Information╫

Ryugan's life has been full of turns and twist, some for better most for worst. Ryugan's life started out normal for his clan, the new borns were shifted off to a school where they would hone their skills as Kaguya. Ryugan spent his first five years of there, training brutally, though throughout the whole time he knew all his training would come to use some day, that was his drive, what got him through the grueling training. Ryugan was returned home,where he basically met his family for the first time. Though he cherished the time he had with his family it would soon be vaugely remembered through all the violence and heartbreak that lay ahead. Ryugan spent 4 years with his family before the rising tension between the Mist and the Kaguya boiled over, and violent battle broke out days later. The warlord of the kaguya foretold of the battle, reading the clans forces to combat the village. They were simply tired of being dispensable, they wanted to show their worth. In truth the Kaguya believed that they were better than the village, and they should serve under them. Ryugan's father wasn't a proud man like most of his clan, he knew entering this battle would result in his death and the possible extinction of the clan but, if he tried to talk them out of it he would most likely be executed. Instead, He took his three sons, Regula,Koukotsu and Ryugan and sent them out, to live with their grand parents in a distant land. They all went their separate ways though, Ryugan being the only one old enough to fight was like most of the village and was eager to die in battle as to them it was an honor. Unknowing to his father, Ryugan followed close behind him, ready to fight but, what he would witness would change his life forever. Three ninja lept from the bushes, all with giant swords, attempting to hack away at his father. He was a kaguya and a good one at that, he dodged the attacks and shot finger bullets right through the ninja's heads. Ryugan stood in a distant tree, watching on proudly, seeing his father was so skilled..he longed to be that way. A ninja in the mist caught whiff of Ryugan's scent and was right behind him, his katana aimed at his heart. Ryugan was quick to sense this and cried out his dad's name. He was quick to the rescue but it wasn't what Ryugan hoped would happen. Ryugan's dad was fast but he wasn't fast enough to counter the attack, he was just able to get in the way of it, the sword pierced right through him. Ryugan was blinded by rage and lept up, his hand soaring straight toward his neck, surprisingly it landed plush, stabbing right through his neck. Ryugan's teary eyes were wide open, he couldn't believe what he was doing but he wasn't even concerned with what he had done. He quickly went to his dying father. His face pale,blood stained his clothes and began to stain Ryugan's as he held him. A smile spread upon his face as he looked at his sons face. His fathers dying wish was for him to take his sword and carry on..leave the grounds with his life and later avenge his clan..those were his last words..they were burned into Ryugan's very soul. Ryugan fled Mist that day..he vowed to return when he was stronger and then he would exact his clan's revenge.

He wondered the world for a while, he had nowhere to go and as far as he knew his family and clan were gone..he was the last Kaguya. Ryugan wandered from place to place scavenging up food where ever he could, barely surviving. For about 6 years he village hopped, going from village to village under a different alias, leaving when in a bad situation or when he just got tired of the place. He continued doing this until he found the cloud village. He learned about the village and decided it would become his new home. Unfortunately, Ryugan stumbled upon the cloud village in a time of war, ready to join in but, to them he was a mere genin so he couldn't help. Ryugan stayed there a while, was assigned to a squad and even made a friend, Hiro Uzaki whom was his rival at the time, even though Ryugan won all of their sparring matches. One day Ryugan and his squad were assigned a mission, Ryugan suddenly took this time to find himself..he believed he had lost his way..strayed from his path. So, he left his squad hanging and began to wander once more but, he knew he would return to cloud someday.

Ryugan returned, a much stronger ninja now with his newfound power of the blue flame. Ryugan was the strongest of all the fire ninja in his clan as a women he met told him. The ninja world had changed since he left and though he was strong, he was still a mere genin and he was now focused on rising in the ranks. Ryugan found that his old Friend Hiro, was now a rock Sanin, though happy for his rise in rank, he was angered by his treachery. Though before he did so, Ryugan battled with his friednd, Ryugan being a chuunin and him beign a joun but, it proved sometimes things don't change for Ryugan it was just like old times.Ryugan was promoted for a short time, during that time he made a name for himself and even had a squad. But, the new Raikage didn't know much about him, so he told him he had to earn his position like the rest. Ryugan was assigned Fenrir Graveheart as a teacher and with his help he became twice as strong as he was before. Being Fenrir's student, Ryugan had a run in with one of his mortal enemies, Zeramaru. Who transformed into Yonbi and nearly killed him. With his newfound strength, Ryugan blew past ninja his rank with ease, still rivaling ninja although they couldn't hold a candle to him. Ryugan passed his exams with flying colors but soon after he would show that he never forgot what happened in his childhood.

Fenrir was a rival of the mist, he despised what they stood for and would attempt to overthrow their government..meaning he would kill anyone who stood in his way as he attempted to conquer the village. Ryugan being the highly vengeful and loyal ninja he was, did not hesitate to round up a gang and attack the Mist, using his strongest jutsu in his arsenal in an attempt to destroy the village completely without Fenrir's aid. After several S rank ninja used their strongest jutsu, Ryugan's attack was demolished but not before someone was able to attain his chakra signature. The attack went on for a while, Fenrir had succeeded at one point and ruled over the mist but a ninja named luo gave him a good fight and forced him to make a tactical retreat. Ryugan in his mind had avenged his clan and was now at peace with himself ever since he stumbled upon his love, Mizu Hasu. Though his life was great at the moment, Ryugan's past actions would soon catch up to him and almost cost him his life. While out with Mizu, two S ranked shinobi Ryugan knew from an attack on Konoha approached him. Ryugan was cocky but he knew when he was beat, he quickly thought of an escape and successfully fled. Ryugan was almost away until he thought of the safety of the one he loved, Mizu Hasu. He returned and surrendered to the ninja, the one named Luo was now Mizukage and was looking to avenge the attack on Mist. Recognizing Ryugan's chakra signature, he knew had the ninja who tried to burn his village down to the ground. Ryugan being the smart ninja he was, he had yet another escape plan and barely fled the situation with his life. Ryugan lived a life of hiding afterward, dodging his many pursuers wherever they were until he was sure they were gone. Ryugan found that his old childhood friend Hiro was one of the ninja after him, this saddened him deeply but the warrior he was would not let him show it. Ryugan made a little "squad' made of two ninja, Tenkai Haku Kaguya and Velox Verbera Sokuryoku. These two ninja were apart of a plan to yet be revealed. Ryugan secretly entered the Jounin exams and passed easily, though he dropped out the final match because of his hunters.

Shortly after Ryugan was united with his younger brother, Regula. Though they haven't spent hardly any time together, Ryugan is glad to see he survived. Ryugan is mad Anbu commander shortly after and has achieved high rank in the cloud village. Hiro, his buddy was now the Raikage and knew from experiance that Ryugan was an exceptionally powerful ninja. Ryugan was promoted to Sannin a while after for his extensive work in cloud and is now proudly one of the strongest ninja's in all the land. Ryugan met another one of his brothers Koukotsu, whom he trained intensely, making sure that he was powerful as he was at his rank. Something always seemed to happen to Ryugan just when his life was right...this time it was something that silently rocked him to the core. He met a Mist Ninja name Vesta..who had a striking resemblance to Mizu his love. Ryugan didn't know what had happened to Mizu but, somehow she knew. Ryugan tried to act himself, just get angry and walk off but inside he was a dead man..his soul was rocked. Ryugan though a strong ninja and seemed to shrug it off...he hopes to somehow see her again. Ryugan now is a proud Sannin of cloud, member of Anbu and Cloud's elite Squad Storm. He vows to protect the village with his life.

Ryugan senses treachery and his newly pure and weak soul cannot take it. Ryugan is forced to succumb to the darkness within him to survive what he believes to be a complete cloud uprising. Ryugan takes his new freedom to begin recruitment for his group. Ryugan and his groups purpose are unknown at the moment.

Izuna Yamato was born into the world a lone child as his father had fallen in combat two months short of his son's arrival. And in the process of bringing Soul into the world, his mother passed away. Leaving him alone and virtually unaware of who and what he really was. In this jutsu, the user spends some time to gather his chakra into a focal point within his hands during which he cannot move. After focusing his chakra, creates a ball of light which he then sends straight up into the out atmosphere, Where it gathers energy from the sun over another fixed time (3 posts) after it has gained enough energy. it will fire down an extremely powerful beam of light about 3miles wide in diameter, and burns at temperatures ranging from 10,000 degrees to 20,000 degrees, Causing all to be caught inside to be given:
At least 3rd degree burns and blinding for some time (15 RP posts)
At worst turned to ash.
Any one who looks at the beam will also go blind for 5 rp posts, and any less than 50 metres than the outside of the blast raduis will recieve minor burns on skin.

Description:
This technique is one Created by sunso after studying the Edo Tensi technique. Through a complicated use of hands seals, and the requirement of a Living human to sacrifice, the user Extracts a small fraction of their own soul, and the entirety of the sacrifices soul, and uses it to act as a 'Glue' to hold the wraith's form together. The user can then form a 'tag' at a location of his choice (which is in physical contact with him, and with only 1 'tag' being allowed to be in existance at one time (If one tries to form a second, the first will dissapear)), through which the Wraith can freely form in a 10ft radius of, and can remain active within a 50ft radius of. The Wraith it's self is a Being made of sand, that can regenerate from any sand around it, can use any Sand technique up to the rank of the soul holding it together, held together by the soul of the sacrifice and guided by the small portion of the user's soul used for the technique. The Technique Requires An incredibly large ammount of Chakra and physical effort, and after which leaves the user weakened for 1 day. Due to the nature of splitting one's own soul, the technique can only be used 3 times safely. After the 4th time it will rip the user's soul into an unreconisable mess, through which Revival is impossible. The tags can be pre-programed for certain conditions, like only activating if the the tag holder is in danger, or when an area is disturbed.

Weakness: Strong physical attacks make crack/shatter the blade, All Water jutsu may rust the blade, or cool it off weakening its attacks, Weight makes it harder to wield.

Description:
The Lucifer-exitium was created hundreds of years ago by the founders of the Joukai clan. It was created as a source of the light users power, used to help them win many battles, before being lost during the destruction of the clan. In Truth, the blade was kept hidden by Sunso's for-fathers, to keep its power away from the enemies of the clan. The blade is unique in which it allows chakra to run through the blade naturally, and allows produce, focus (blade goes see through and becomes glass like(both in being fragile, and light) to do this), and redirect light from the blade, while also producing extreme heat, to which the user is immune to except for a slight wamrth. Due to the nature of the blade, once it's user has been choosen, it will not except another untill the original user is dead, burning the hands of any who try to use it, and turning into light to travel back to the user. The blade can also convert it's self into pure light at the users will, allowing it to blind, and burn its opponent (must make physical contact to burn). Due to the Nature to which chakra has been weaved into the blade, it is as strong as 1 ft thick of hardened steel, while lightening it to the weight of a normal great sword, meaning it is still quite heavy, to help retain power in the blows. Only the killer of the user can use the blade with the burning effects to the hands. The only exception to this is if the user williningly gives the blade to someone else to own.

Cons:
Extemely heavy, and hard to wield
Removes one jutsu from the maximum jutsu the user can use in order to sustain the blade.
While the blade is creating, focusing, or redirecting light, the blade becomes fragile, and can be broken as easily as glass/mirror

The Range of the weapon: 0ft - 50ft
Description: The Sun burst Armory is a inovitive weapon designed by Sunso's ancestors, in order to help boost his skill and strength in their clan's techniques. The gem it's self was passed down through the Clan, having the distinct ability to absorb light and store it. By adding it to the gauntlet, and tweaking with gauntlet a bit, Sunso managed to allow himself to not only draw from the gem's store as a source of light, but allow it to act as an amplifier to his light based techniques. He also made it that if he added the right ammount of chakra to the gauntlet, the gem would produce light to take one of four forms.
The 1st form is the offensive form, during which the gem produces a blade of light that extends from the gem away from the wrist. The blades strength is dependant on the rank of the chakra used to make it and only lasts 3 posts per 'charge'. The user must pay additional chakra to add a 'charge' to the weapon.
The 2nd Form is the defensive form, during which the gem produces a Shield of light that forms around the gem, with a diameter of about 1 metre, and who's strength is equal to the rank of the chakra used to make it, and lasts 5 posts, or till shattered by greater power, or by 3 hits from a technique of equal power. After breaking, the user may pay another 'charge' to power up the shield once more.
The 3rd form is the Ranged form, causing the gem to form a Crossbow of light from the gem. This crossbow lasts 3 posts, and firing an arrow's strength is dependant on the ammount of chakra used to create it. However, all rank arrows share the common trait of moving much faster than a normal cross bow shot, and burn to the touch.
The 4th and final form is the Default form the the weapon. In this form the user can use his signature clan technique from the gem intselfs, causing the badage of light to act as a grappling hook of soughts, allowing he to grab far away objects or ledges, or bind an opponent if smart enough.
Weakness: The Weapon is VERY chakra reliant, with each form taking up chakra based on the strength of the technique used, and the ranged forms arrows also costing chakra per arrow.

Property 1:
The fables blade of god has the ability to mirror the ability's of other blades that belong to the wielder. This is done by absorbing a bit of the chakra of the other weapons and replicating it to mirror the power inside the Kamigami Ken. The blade absorbs both the blades powers and weaknesses, but retains its normal appearance. The other blade is not affected by the Kamigami Ken replicating it's power. It takes time for the blade to absorb chakra from another weapon so it does not happen instantly, and can only be done with weapons that belong to the wielder either by inheriting it, stealing it, or making it himself. The blade can hold an infinite number of ability's within it, but can only use 5 different ability's a day. The blade does not Emmit passive ability's such as increased fire jutsu strength unless activated, and it counts as one of the activations of the blade.
Property 2:
This blade has the unique ability to "counter slice" another jutsu. The user implants the blade with a portion of their own chakra, and the blade gains the ability to cut thought chakra. It is used to destroy incoming attacks like a fire ball, or to cut though a defensive wall, normally significantly harder to attack though. This is done by the blade converting the users chakra into a chakra destroyer.

xxxxxx Weapon Properties||The scrolls will make training significantly easier, taking a jutsu and reducing the number of posts required to learn it to that of a lower jutsu. This can be done multiple times, even to make this jutsu free. The scroll has 50 points, these points recharge every month on the first. They regain their charge after a 10 post ritual. The number of points required to reduce the cost of a jutsu is as such:

-2 Points for Academy Jutsu to become One post only.
-4 Points for Genin Jutsu to become Academy.
-6 Points for Chunin Jutsu to become Genin.
-8 Points for Jonin Jutsu to become Chunin.
-10 Points for Sannin Jutsu to become Jounin.

The Range of the weapon: About 5 to 5 and a half feet. (Katana type)
Weakness: Takes a point away from your chakra system with every post unsheathed.
People that are not from the Kamisama clan can't use the weapon. It would send a strong light that could burn your hand, forcing you to drop the weapon.
Description: A sword passed down by many generations of the Kamisama clan. Those that were in the clan would know of it's deadly blade, like the heavens passed down the blade onto the clan. From what history saids, this weapon was once used by a famed Kamisama member, killing a three headed snake as big as a house with a single slice of his sword. It's not as powerful as Kusanagi, and it can't cut through other weapons unless they are rusted or worn out, but could cut through flesh and bone like butter. The blade itself is specially made as a dark glow emits from the blade, absorbing either the sun or moon's light. It could be used for a light in dark places, a torch. The sword also could send out projectile like beams of light at an enemy from afar. It's not classified as "legendary" since the sword could break with a great enough force, a 3 ton object could easily break the weapon. This weapon has been found by the Tsuchikage, Katsuro, used always by him. Only members of the Kamisama clan can wield or even touch this weapon.

Description: A beaming of light that is slashed in the air, hitting any targets that are in it's way. The beam of light is as sharp as it's sword, but could also light people on fire, burning them to 1st degree burns. Can be blocked by other weapons as it is as sharp as any sword.

Light Torch
Rank: Basic
Description: A very basic for the weapon. with the light that is stored by either the moon or sun, it emits a black or white glow, lighting up most dark places at around 15 feet in total. The user can see fine, but others would have to cover there eyes from the light as it could temporarily blind people for 2 post.

Light Shield
Rank: Chunin
Description: A shield that can block most frontal and projectile like attacks. It covers the front very well, but would leave you open from behind or at the sides. Can block any close in or projectile like attacks that are Genin rank or below.

Rp Sample:
Katsuro was at the training grounds, practicing with his newly found katana from an old Kamisama ruins. The weapon said "Murakumo", which he knew what it was, happy that he found his clan's long lost sword. Katsuro got ready as a few dummy targets were set up for him to devastate on. Katsuro set his foot as the sword raiser high, the hilt place next to his front waist. Katsuro then slice the air once, an downward slice as a beam of light ventured out of the blade, charging at one of the targets. The dummy was sliced in half easily, sliding off it's stand as Katsuro charged at the other two dummies. He sliced through one easily, hay flying from the dummy as he quickly turn, slicing downwards at the other dummy. Katsuro could still see that the blade had it's sharpness, despite on how old it is. It was a dark night as well, the moon giving the blade a dark glow as he could see around him. The light from the sword gave him a sense of peace, but the color was something he never knew. He could tell that the blade could only be accepted by those of the Kamisama clan, so keeping this away from Zeph would be hard. He quickly sheath the weapon as he ventured off back to his office.

xxxxxx Background History||Was born and raised in Cloud Village had worked his way up through the ranks always one of the best ninja in his class and always holding onto his dream of becoming Raikage. He had eventually come into the rank of ANBU and became the leader, during this time he struggled with the different powers of Mist and Cloud because he was also a Mist swordsman at the same time. During this time he had obtained the samehada and trained to become almost an ultimate ninja having become the salamander sage, obtaining the seven winged angel, omega sharingan, and finally obtaining the rank of Sannin. He had always done his best to protect Cloud always keeping faithful to it. Soon enough his dream was fullfilled and he had become the Raikage. He lead Cloud for quite sometime all during the new age and even when it had been attacked and destroyed he had worked to bring it back from the ashes to be more powerful and better then ever. But near the end of leading Cloud he had changed and decided that going his own way was best and passed on the position to Hiro. He left to train and become stronger than ever, and he did just that taking on a excellent disguise as an akatsuki ninja working under cover to find out their secrets and fulfilled a few dark deeds along the way. He would find himself at the peak of his power only to give it all up and leave for a long time. Out into the great nation without his angel, without his omega sharingan, without samehada, and without a second glance back. But now after many years he has come back, less powerful than he once was but back and wiser than ever. • Name: Suna Bunshin no Jutsu (Sand Clone Technique)
  Description: Creates clones out of the sand. Uses small amount of chakra and requires the presence of sand to perform. It is fully functional, meaning it can attack and be attacked but it has the appearance of sand so it's useless to use as a distraction. Due to it’s nature of being formed out of sand this bunshin is more solid than most, meaning things such as explosive tags can be put on them.
  
  
• Name: Suna Same (Sand Shark)
  Description: Forming the necessary seals, the user channels chakra into the sand beneath them, forming it into a small shark, about the length of the users arm. The shark is capable of swimming beneath the sand at considerable speed, and leaping out at will to bite at an opponent. Given the overall size of the shark, it is not capable of inflicting serious injury unless it is able to latch on and the opponent is unable to remove it. Several sharks can be created with this technique.

  Description: Before releasing a projectile such as a kunai or shuriken, the user first coats it with a thin layer of sand. The main purpose of this is to get sand within a wound when the projectile strikes, inflicting extra pain to distract the enemy.

  Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses sand to create an eye through which they can clearly see without fear of being seen. Perfect for spying or collecting information, or targeting an opponent while guarding himself with a wall-defense.
  
  
• Name: Muki Suna Kaishin (Inorganic Sand Conversion)
  Description: By placing their hand against a solid object, the user of this technique can convert it to sand. Generally only inorganic objects may be converted, but at a higher rank, the user may also convert minor organic objects such as plants and tree's as well, though people and animals are obviously out of the question. The main purpose of this technique is to allow the user to completely destroy an object; once it has been turned into sand it cannot be returned to it’s normal state. The size of the object that may be transformed is dependant upon the user. While with low levels only fairly small objects could be converted to sand with any reasonable degree of speed, anything around the size of the users fist essentially, but at higher levels entire walls could be transformed to sand in an instant. Additionally, the hardness of the material being converted affects the time needed to convert it, as such while simple stones could be converted extremely quickly, metal would require a longer period of contact, making it typically unsuitable for use on weapons except in special circumstances.
  
  
• Name: Suna Tsue (Sand Staff)
  Description: A technique handy when the user is left defenseless against an opponent. Performing a series of seals and holding their hand above the ground, large amounts of sand will fly towards the user as if being drawn by a magnet. The sand will clump and stick together in an elongated shape that will take the form of a bo staff. It can be used in the exact same fashion as that of a normal staff, that is to deliver and defend attacks to or from the enemy, though due to it’s nature it can only take so much punishment before crumbling. Additionally the user can cause the entire length of the staff to be covered in sand spikes which can rip and tear skin if a direct hit is given.
  
  
  
  
• Suna Arashi Bunshin (Sandstorm Clone)
  Description: A special sand clone on par with the famed kage bunshin technique from leaf, in which the user draws elements from both the sand beneath them and the wind in the air with chakra to form a clone of themselves. The sand keeps the bunshin solid while the absorbed wind creates a chakra circulatory system, which allows these bunshins to attack and use jutsus. Essentially they have the same power and durability as a normal kage bunshin clone and can be defeated in the same way.
  
  
• Name: Suna no Yoroi (Sand Armour) ((Self taught))
  Description: The user creates a thin, although durable, armour of sand around the their body by making the sand stick to their skin and clothes and then hardening it. How long the user can remain with the Sand Armour depends on their chakra strength. The strength also depends on the user's abilities, and can eventually be as strong as steel.
  
  
  
• Name: Suna Futoiude (Great Arm of Sand)
  Description: A huge arm forms from the sand, and tries to grab the enemy with it's large clawed hand. This jutsu usually forms an intro to Sabaku Kyuu, but can also be used as a shield or powerful punch. The arm can be guided, and stretch easily beyond 50 feet in length.
  
  
  
• Name: Kiseiseibutsu Suna (Parasite Sand)
  Description: When a sand technique is used to defend, often times some of the sand will end up on the attacker. Particularly clever sand users have learned to infuse their sand ahead of time with special properties that make attacking them dangerous. These chakra infused grains of sand will actually begin to burrow their way through clothing and skin within moments after an attack. While each individual grain is not particularly painful or damaging the combined effect of several thousand grains of sand can be extremely painful. If the sand is particularly concentrated in one area this technique can even result in a serious injury.
  
  
  
• Name: Suna no Kusari (Sands of Decay)
  Description: A more advanced version of the parasite sand and far more dangerous. When the sands of decay touch something, they begin to eat it away like an acid. The chemical reactions in living organisms slow down this process but non-organic objects are quickly eaten away. The sand does not simply eat away at what it touches but actually continues to spread slowly along whatever it is currently devouring. Submersion in water will stop this spread immediately.

  Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.
  
  
  
  
• Yadama Furooseigyo (Projectile Control Skill)
  Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon. Someone with a 5 in control would only be able to give it a slight boost in power, while someone with a control of 40 could make them fly twice as fast.
  
  
  
• Okuridashi Kaze (Propelling Wind)
  Description: Loosing a short blast of air from their hands, the user is able to propel themselves in the opposite direction with considerable force.
  This jutsu is ideally suited to Wind ninjutsu specialists,
  who often tend to favor avoidance of attacks rather than powerful
  defenses, and can be used to either move very quickly to the side, or
  even propel themselves quite high into the air.
  
  
  
• Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Cutting Wind)
  Description: The user uses chakra and a weapon usually to create large bursts of wind at an extent.
  In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but a tornado that came from the user. The wind slashes objects; at most it can cut tree branches.
  Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets.
  The wind disappears after being shot for twenty feet and at most it widens to fifteen feet.
  If this hits you will be severely cut and knocked back, and most genin elemental jutsu are dispelled when they are hit by this jutsu.
  
  
• Bouseki Tate no Kaze (Spinning Shield of Winds)
  Description: Focusing on an area in front of them about 5 feet wide and across, the user dispels chakra to cause the wind to spin rapidly in a circular motion, creating something akin to a shield.
  Instead of deflecting attacks however the shield will reflect whatever was thrown at them back towards the enemy at the same speed it was fired at.
  The degree of reflection depends on the user’s control.
  
  
• Fuuton: Tatsumaki Wana (Wind Element: Tornado Trap)
  Description: The user creates a large tornado about ten feet high directly around their enemy wide enough so that they have little room to move. The opponent will find themselves trapped inside the eye of this tornado, unharmed by the winds but unable to move without touching the tornado. If they attempt to escape they will find the swirling winds will push them back inside the center, with several cuts and scratches due to the ferocity of the winds. However just as what’s inside cannot leave what is outside cannot enter; any attacks or projectiles will simply be deflected back out.
  
  
• Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Grand Cutting Blades)
  Description: A stronger version of the Kamaitachi jutsu, this one has greatly increased strength and damage, now capapble of ripping up giant trees by their roots and able to smash enormous boulders.
  
  
• Fuuton Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Dragon)
  Description: Summons a dragon made of wind chakra, basically a controlled tornado that can spit out violent gales of wind that are very damaging in themselves.
  
  
• Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo)
  Description: The shinobi builds up wind chakra in their lungs, them punches themself to release a violent gale of wind stronger than the Kamaitachi attack.
  
  
• Kaze no Yaiba(Blade of Wind)
  Description: The user summons a violent gust of wind, moving so fast that if caught within the blast an enemy will suffer blade like wounds from the wind slashing them so strongly. Due to it’s nature it’s difficult to block but can be avoided. The injuries look very much like that of a sword wound, which is where the name originated.
  
  
• Hikui Tenkuu Assaku no Jutsu (Low Air Pressure Technique)
  Description: This technique makes the air pressure in a room drop dramatically, causing anyone inside to fall asleep. It can only work in an enclosed area like a building or room.
  
  
• Name: Kaze Shunshin no Jutsu (Wind Instantaneous Body Skill)
  Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a gust of wind. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport himself there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used in the same post if the shinobi has attacked or defended.
  
  
  
• Name: Fuuton: Tei Hakusha (Wind Element: Air Riding)
  Description: As wind ninjutsu is typically more focused on ranged combat rather than close combat such as what taijutsu specialists favor, it was necessary to create jutsu’s that made them as hard to hit as possible, as a result, the wind riding technique was created. The technique in essence has the user form a ball of rapidly swirling air beneath their feet, upon which they typically sit (some with exceptional balance may choose to stand). As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground, and is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction, essentially allowing the user a high degree of speed and agility while they remain on the ball, and due to the hovering nature of the ball combined with its speed, it is quite natural for users of this technique to move across walls and ceilings. All of this makes this an excellent jutsu for wind ninjutsu users when forced into a corner, or even can be used when scouting is necessary. Additionally the user can use a platform of sorts to help keep their balance, such as a large fan.
  
  
• Name: Fuuton: Shinkuutai Naihatsu (Wind Element: Air Pocket Bursts)
  Description: Focusing on the air around them, the user is capable of causing parts of the wind to “burst” suddenly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, and its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. However the bursts can only be created within a twenty meter radius of the user and only at spots they are able to see.
  
  
• Name: Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind) ((Self-taught))
  Description: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armour for the user. The wind armour lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armour and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armour. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armour, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. An elemental jutsu is useless against the armour, but if one is used against the armour it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an elemental jutsu is used against the Kaze no Yoroi the armour is dispelled.

  Description:
  This is a nasty jutsu. The user focuses on an area a few feet in diameter, and creates a near invisible skin of hardened wind around that area. From within this area, the jutsu's user removes the oxygen, causing asphyxiation as the vital air component is taken. There are three stages to this jutsu, and each stage can be used by progressively higher ranks of shinobi.
  At Chuunin: Jutsu is immobile, easily escaped.
  At Jounin: This Jutsu can be fixed to a body part or object, so is harder to escape.
  At Sannin/Kage: Jutsu is truly deadly, moving in to A or S rank. Jutsu now covers an area several yards in diameter, and can move, although slowly.
  To escape: Pop the bubble; not as easy as it sounds.
  Wind jutsu do not pop bubble, but rather enhance its toughness, making subsequent attempts to pop it harder.
  Fire jutsu cannot originate within the bubble, as there is no oxygen to fuel fire. Techniques that create fire outside the sphere can burn away bubble, but if the bubble is around someone's head when burned away, they will receive burning on the head, and quite probably lose a good deal of hair.
  Lightning jutsu of equal or lesser rank cannot pierce the wind jutsu, but higher rank can.
  Water jutsu: See Fire jutsu, minus risk of burn damage.
  Earth Jutsu: All earth jutsu above D rank can pop the skin of the vacuum bubble.

  Shiatsu (Massage)
  Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical-nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.
  
  
  
• Dokunuki (Poison Removal)
  Description: This technique does not cure a poisoning; it simply extracts a portion of the poison and prevents immediate death. This technique allows a medical-nin enough time to prepare an antidote for the poison. This technique can also be used to slow down the effects of a poison used against the medical-nin so as to give them time to escape or prepare an antidote for themselves. A patient will still die from a lethal poison even if this technique is used if the poison is not treated. This technique is less effective against highly advanced poisons.

  Tekishutsu (Extraction)
  Description: When a patient’s body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical-nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.

  Kiyomaru (Cleanse)
  Description: It is not always possible for a medical-nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.

  Shindan (Diagnosis)
  Description: The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.

  Description:
  The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.
  
  
  -Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique) ((Self-taught))
  Requirements: Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui
  A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person. This is the more advanced level of Chiyute no Jutsu, used by Chuunin and is required to advance to level five. A Chuunin has learned to use Chiyute no Jutsu with greater control and efficiency and it is now possible to treat deep serious injuries that might otherwise result in death from bleeding.

  Description:
  This technique allows a medical nin to summon some of the tools of their trade. It is not practical to carry around mortar, pestle, and other tools but a scroll that can be used to summon these and other similar objects is both practical and convenient. A higher ranking nin can use this technique to summon more specialized and advanced tools for poison creation and ninja medicine creation but at this level it is only good for medicine creation.

  A medical nin has learned to study the effects of various naturally occurring compounds on the human body and how they can be combined in order to create medicine. In spite of increased knowledge of medical techniques there are times when mixing a medicine is the only solution to a problem. Medicine creation has a variety of uses, such as creating poison antidotes, healing ointments, and disease fighting. Medicines can also be used to treat minor every day ailments such as an upset stomach or cold. A Genin using this skill has only rudimentary knowledge and often requires a small guide in order to find and create basic medicines. A Chuunin will know how to prepare a medicine for any normal injury, poison, or disease. Advanced and highly specialized medicines, such as those needed to counteract the negative effects of the Akimichi 3 color pills, require the knowledge of a Jounin who has learned more through experience than could be found in any book.
  
  
  
• Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) ((Self-taught))
  Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill.
  
  
  
• Chishio Tensou no Jutsu (Blood Transfusion Skill) ((Self taught))
  Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the medical nin places a surgically precise cut on the patient and then another cut on the donor. The donor and the recipient must have their respective cuts within six inches of each other; this is typically accomplished by cutting their opposing arms and having them lay beside each other. The medical nin then forms a sphere of chakra between the two cuts drawing out blood from both patients and altering it so that the blood type of the donor matches that of the recipient. It is important to remember that taking more than 1 pint of blood from a donor is extremely dangerous, even with the loss of only 1 pint of blood the donor may suffer from dizziness and fatigue.

  Description: A variation of Chiyute no jutsu. When an ally has broken or fractured a bone. The ideal way to use this technique is to prepare a concentrated calcium pill with medicine creation but in the absence of the pill it is possible to force the patient’s bones to release higher concentrations of calcium in to the body than normal. Using the extra calcium, Chiyute no Jutsu is activated, but uses less chakra since the user already has the calcium to work with, but will only work on bone tissue. It is important to remember that bones must be properly and often painfully set back in place before they are repaired.   Description:
  This jutsu was created to heal the effects of the Reisei Waru no Jutsu. To use it, the person must be a medical ninja who knows the Reisei Waru jutsu, prefereably the same person who performed the Reisei Waru on the intended target. This allows the mednin to know what is wrong.
  The jutsu operates by altering the memories created in the Sanity Shatter genjutsu. This is achieved by showing the target to genjutsu worlds.
  First, the created world is a near carbon copy of the world created by the Reisei Waru jutsu. The differences are that this world seems almost unnoticeably cheerier. The major difference is that at the point in the Sanity Shatter genjutsu when the act of betrayal occures, in this world a good event takes place and replaces the damaging memory left by the Reisei Waru. Then the healing genjutsu slowly segues into the next image world.
  This second one is much simpler. It shows the target their life in a few years, surrounded by friends and loved ones, in a world of peace.
  These two happy, bright worlds are intended to remove the blight upon the survivor of the Reisei Waru, and enable them to trust and love as easily as if they were undamaged.
  This is an eye-contact genjutsu. The target must have suffered and survived the Reisei Waru no Jutsu for this to be viable. It will not affect the effects of other brain damaging or brain-altering genjutsu.

  Description: Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

  Description: This is a fearful mind affecting jutsu. It has the potential to literally shatter a person's hold on sanity. It works by using betrayal, and as such, can only be sued by someone who has felt strong emotiions of being betrayed, be it from being severly hurt by a friend, or seeing the friend betray their viilage and dreams. The jutsu draws those feelings of betrayal and projects them into the target's mind, creating images appropriate to the victim. This could manifest in a seeing a loved one die, or being attacked and killed by close friends. This jutsu take one turn to create, and another to utilize, giving the target ample time to get away. Victims of this jutsu that somehow retain their hold on sanity will become distrustful of all around them, as the jutsu creates a lingering sense of paranoia in the victim's mind. This can be cured by intense care, or by a deep trust that is reaffirmed. If the victim falls in true love, the jutsu is erased permanently.   This jutsu draws out some of the Shishon no Tenshi’s inner energy. A shield of holy energy swirls into existence, similar to the Bouseki Tate no Kaze. However, projectiles that impact this shield become coated with that holy energy at the point of impact. Jutsu remain unaffected by this shield until Sannin/Kage level.
  Chuunin: User can hold the jutsu in one place with a single hand, leaving the other free to throw attacks.

  Once more, angelic chakra is drawn out from the Shishon no Tenshi’s inner reserves. An ephemeral blade is created, with naught but a single tangible edge to it. Shrouds of demonic chakra burn away at contact, creating a fine cut through the shroud like a normal blade through human flesh.

  Shintenshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique originally used for spying. The ninja forms the needed handseals and then projects their spirit out of their body into their target. This can be another ninja or an animal. Unfortunately the spirit flies in a straight line at a slow speed. If the target moves and avoids the incoming spirit, the ninjas body falls lifeless until the spirit can find its way back to the body several minutes later. Because of the risk involved, the ninja must be very careful. When used in conjunction with a binding technique the chance of success greatly increases.
  While inhabiting the body of their opponent, the target still remains in their mind but their mental processes are forced aside as the ninja takes control. However if the target has strong mental fortitude, they can overpower the intruder and force them out of their body. Also while in the body of their target, if the ninja takes sudden physical damage, their original body will be hurt as well.

xxxxxx Background History|| Family killed at young age by bandits. Saw a group of ninja kill a band of bandits, decided to be like them. After twice saving a fellow Academy student, he decided to walk the path of the mednin.has been through a lot, and seen a lot. From watching his best friends suicide, or betray each other, the Medical Angel has seen just about everything. He left the village of his youth after watching it change to the point where he knew no one left in it. When his final friend killed another friend, the man snapped mentally and quit, walking away.
Ronnel was in Konoha, training in his Doton techniques when he felt a chakra signature he felt was dead. He went to investigate, and found his old Kazekage, the one he had sworn allegiance to, fighting for his life against unknown assailants. Ronnel rushed to help, only to be confronted by a Kaguya Master. After a long battle, Ronnel was defeated and sealed away. The seal though, has broken, and the Fallen Angel of the Yamanaka Clan has returned.
Ronnel joined Kusagakure under the Command of Naito Arrekusu, and served for several months with him as a Jounin-sensei. His students vanished, driving the medical shinobi into a deep depression. Ronnel went to Naito's office and sealed himself into a scroll, to be summoned in case Kusagakure ever needed his help again.
Years later, Aki Chiru took command of Kusagakure. During a routine check of the scrolls in the inventory of the village, a scroll with the symbol of Sunagakure with a slash through it was found and brought to her attention. The Lady Kusakage unsealed the scroll, awakening the ages old medical shinobi. He took up his position in Kusagakure once more, acting as a diplomat until the Raikage Shane attacked Aki and wounded her heavily, then took the title of 'Overlord' of Kusa, yet left Aki as Kage. While Ronnel was healing Aki of the injuries inflicted by the Raikage's attack, she promoted him to Sannin in order to fill the administration gap her absence would bring. Ronnel now serves as Sannin in Kusagakure, and had achieved treaties with Sunagakure and Kirigakure just days before the disastrous attack on Rock that ended all alliances and sparked the Shinobi World War.
