so without further hesitation....
my name is.....well, ild like it to be Alphonse, so please call me as thus, or something to do with my username. my real name is Khrystale, and i am a bioligical female, mentally both male and female, i have moments of female behavior but for the most part, irl, i am male in most aspects
i am 22 years of age, and live in south dakota, formerly of nebraska, i have visited our sweet reichan once, and found she is just as fun irl as in here...
i am the proud uncle of a few little boys, all under the age of 2, two belonging to my sister ali, who lives only a few blocks from me, and the other belongs to my sister haley, whom i share an appartment with, that is, her and her fiance too... my nephew are Ali: Jaydin, who will be 2 in june, Timothy, 3 months of age; Haley: Paxton is only 3 weeks old
i spend my time helping haley with paxton, helping ali with her boys, or working a few days a week at haleys fiance's work, a chinese restauront, where i help the boss's wife learn english when we have nothing better to do
i have two cats, one was named by our dear guild members, my little Seto baby girl, and my newest kitty, Rosemary
as of this moment i am watching Paxton while haley and peter take the night off to relax and go out, and playing him some buddhist chants and classical music to sooth him
i enjoy helping my sisters, taking care of my nephews, playing my ps2, drawing, reading, writing, cooking (( im fat, hello? of course i like to cook )) and playing on gaia
i miss my mother, who lives in nebraska, and taking care of farm animals, ei; goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, pony, dogs, and all our cats
i do not like....well.....not much, i hate it when people hurt my family and ill beat someone for doing so, if my brother in law hasnt already.....
im not easy to offend, and im a bit loopy and crazy at times, but i try to refain from acting out and speaking all the things going on in my head... dont wanna drive everyone off, haha? sweatdrop
and if you need to know anymore than that, simply ask, ill more than likely answer, seeing as im a very open and honest person

Well on the note of the Xbox question... Oni and myself Own all of the systems and the Xbox I play primarily. I'm in the middle of a tournament for Street Fighter 4 and it popped in my head, please don't mind that...

My Xbox Live name is also HappyCabbit! biggrin I'm never online when I'm in college though...I'm too lazy to register my Xbox 360 with the wireless internet people. So does all of this Xbox hating have to do with its connection to the overrated Halo, its technical problems, or just rabid PlayStation loyalty? surprised I'm an equal-opportunity gamer...

My issues, its weak an inferior processor, the fact its made by MicroSuck, Halo (The Overrated), its lack of any really good franchise games of other consoles (i.e. Sonic, Mario, Zelda, Final Fantasy etc..) and most of its console exclusives aren't really all that great either. Anyhow, I'm more of a handheld kind of guy, so I don't care as much for consoles anymore. Though, I do have complaints about all the current generation consoles, but the Xbox 360 is worst of them all. Actually, I think Sega should take another shot at a console, seeing that Nintendo, is more of a workout video put to gaming console, Sony's, is way too expensive (while cutting features to make it cheaper doesn't help is cause either), and Microsoft's hardware is rather inferior and outdated (though its Gpu is alright). If ever there was an opening in the console gaming market, this would be the time (at least in my opinion anyway)...

But Omikron is such a hard game gonk gonk gonk YEARS UPON YEARS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO FURTHER THE PLOT gonk

I don't really know much about interior processors...the only problems I have with the 360 are that Microsoft left so many freaking problems in it [like the laser of doom which ruins discs and the red ring of death...yay]. I also think Halo is overrated as well. ^^' But I do enjoy the games I have for my 360, although they are just as good or better on PC [My PC, however, is incapable of even downloading the free trial of WoW, let alone playing games like Mass Effect at all]. If the PS3 weren't so expensive... crying

Actually most of the problems with the X-Box 360 are fixed with the new consoles. Not to mention the nice thing about the X-Box 360 is you can play some new games like Fallout 3, without the use of a VERY powerful PC. That is DEFINITELY a nice bonus. Not to mention having 4 controllers is awesome for when I have friends over to ^_^

hmm....the only newer systems im interested in are the wii and ps3, so you go and enjoy the xbox 360, besides, they have no games specific to the system that i like.... * shrugs *

It still uses proprietary hardware, so the largest drive you can get for it is the 120 GB. With the PS3 any laptop hard drive going up to about any capacity will work on it. And the drives are cheaper in price then the Xbox's largest drive. Also the Xbox is loud, its other expensive proprietary hardware like its now obsolete HD-DVD player (HD-DVD lost the format war to Blu-ray, which makes me happy cause the porn industry was backing the losing, inferior format), wifi adapter, and the fact you have to pay for Xbox Live services. There are more but the list would be too time consuming. Btw, Fallout 3 doesn't require a very powerful pc to run it, thats why it can run on the Xbox 360....

Well to play Fallout 3 I would need a better Video Card at the very least to be able to play it >.<
Besides, me and friends have had a lot of fun playing Castle Crashers, which is a great game for the 360. Also the reason you have to pay to play, is because of all those unnecessary bonuses like inviting friends for games...voice messaging...and stuff like that. Actually you can just keep creating new accounts to play online, since you get 1 month free that way, unless it's something like an RPG, or you care about leadership boards and such.

For me, I just couldn't afford the extra $200 bucks for the PS3...'sides, the newer ones in the stores can't even play PS2 games like the original release ones...

BUT, I'm perturbed by the fact that the 360 isn't wireless - if you want it to be, you have to buy a $100 accessory, which kinda takes away from the "affordability" angle...

...and the Wii....the Wii....it's really only good for party games...

Hehe... You are all fantastic! So many different opinions... I didn't expect to get this kind of reaction...
Before Oni and myself got around to owning all of the consoles, I was originally a Playstation only guy. I started with the legendary Symphony of the Night on the PSX, got my first PSOne for christmas, then a ps2 with my own money. I didn't like the bulky control of the Xbox. But when I got older, I expanded my horizons and got a 360... Oni has the PS3. I prefer the 360 since it is easier to organize with friends... the ps3 has the home network, but its not my thing. I like the party capability for the Xbox and other things, like game invites and etc...
The reason I asked is because I own most of the Xbox titles and don't play any of them. Most ONLINE but no friends who play the old ones. A perfect example the HALO. I attended the Gamers tournament for Halo and even won 1 in a group in New York. But when it got big, there would be cheaters and what not, so I stopped playing. The cheaters make gaming no fun at all... defeats the whole purpose of gaming... Those who use Mods too... I think that is a waste of money.
Anyhow... I recently finished RE5 with Oni and spend some time playing Left 4 Dead and CoD5 occasionally when I have time... which isn't as often as I like.
