And with the missions. There are mission guides, also there are the Mini Arks within each village. Donations can be used for tournaments or other things. Also donations does not only reffer to money, donations of skills, such as making banners and advertising is another way.

I'm glad simple suggestions make everyone want to seem big when they find problems in them. No suggestion is perfect. Only one person has ever been perfect and that person is not me, no where close.

Please leave the religious crap out of this. I get annoyed by it very easily. Either way, I am punching holes in it because it can be abused like crazy. The main thing is finding a system that can't be abused as easily.

The only way to improve your system, is to remove the donations then completely, overhaul the missions system, make the missions worth it aside from points, then get people who are high ranking, and won't do things for friends "just because they are friends" that is the biggest problem. I know several people who are sanin/kage who would give people points just because they are friends. Aside from that, your system also denies rogues and akatsuki members the ability to make customs since they can't really go on missions. That is why I am demolishing it.

Rogues could simply do assasination missions, which is what they are best at. Akatsuki, well we could take out the no trading rule to allow bounties to be put into play.
