you just have to be carefull because if you do it for too long,
you can get really hurt,

I used to. Realized it was stupid. Stopped.

I was mostly in it for the blood. I know people who would lick the blood off of their wrists, stomach, etc; but I just liked looking at it.

Somehow I felt like I was getting back at people when I was doing it.

But I wasn't. Stopped. Haven't felt better.

ive got a few problems.
im running out of room to cut on my arms.
i have no way of hiding the scars.
and no matter wut any1 decides to 2 tell me,
im not gonna stop cutting.
not until i bleed to death.

Then stop staunching your wounds and just run it under water.
THen you'll bleed to death and you'll be happy!

i have never cut, although i have been temted to do it. sometimes i feel so numb i wonder if i am even alive. what i did as a cutting alternative is this- i bought a lighter, and whenever i feel numb, i turn on the lighter and run my left index finger over the flame. i don't burn myself, but the heat brings me back.
another thing i may do is listen to music. the song, "my immortal" by evanescence makes me cry, and i don't feel numb anymore. i try to use my lighter not to often, i try to stick to the music so that i don't hurt myself.

Why is it so hard to stop?

It's sorta addicting and maybe thats y it's so hard 2 stop.
I try alot 2 stop but I just go rite back 2
it and get caught then shipped off to a mental

I cut myself a while ago and almost died..
My parents are really paranoid now..
They took out my bedroom door... Cause the want to know what Im doing at all times..
Im not surprised if they put a camera in my room.
Its stupid..
They also frecuently check for scars..
But I wear long sleeves, so people that dont look for them, cant see them.

I do off an on... when things get bad... but idk... they are not actualy cuts they are more like scratches... idk if that applies... im just to afraid to actualy take a straight edge razor and actualy do it... I dont want it to hurt too much but I also dont wana get caught... must wait for long sleeves season... but if it gets too bad who knows... I feel like a wimp... emo

Just a word of advice to all general posters: There are better releases than cutting. Self-mutilation does physical, mental, and emotional damage.

Better releases consist of exercise, art, writing, music, and keeping yourself busy with work and school.
