Desciption: This sword is mearly a small boost to the user it is heavy so not to be given to those with weak arms it must be held with both hands. the blade is a reflection of the user chakra and can cause your chakra to be visable whenever holding it the user may change the color by mearly thinking it this blade is used to make other blades more difficult to use. If it hits another blade the hilt of the sword becomes hot hitting it twice causes the hilt to burn the targets hand like if the sun had been glaring down on it for hours. Hitting it a third time causes the blade to causes minors burn to the targets hands but this can be countered by wearing gloves, Hitting it four times can now start to burn gloves that arn't specalized to take heat. Hitting the Blade 5 time causes it to make a blade very difficult to use because now it is hot enough to burn nerves in the hand and may cause permanent damage these effects olny last 10 posts from the first strike. One Gennin level jutsu is taken for ever post the user holds the blade. Hitting a foe normally will do just regular damage.

Water Jutsus
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit)
Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.

Kyuusho Jutsu: Kaika Seishou bakufuu (Secret Art: Blooming Chakra Blast) Ninjutsu - The user holds out one hand and forces large amounts of his/her chakra into their hand creating a flower made of chakra and a beam of pure chakra erupts out of the center of the open flower.
Downside the user must wait for the flower to bloom, signifying that the chakra has been purified, before it can be released(about 2-3 posts).

heikishou hougeki (arsenal bombardment)
This is a weapons scroll type attack (think tenten's weapon scrolls) where the user unrolls a large scroll and from it three huge scrolls (the size of a van) appear and unroll themselves once fully opened the three scrolls start launching weapons into the air and they rain down indiscriminately. drawback is that the user may get hit by his/her own weapon from the scroll.
hari hansha (crystal reflection)
Description: this jutsu uses earth to form crystal like mirrors to reflect images of the user to confuse the target as the user gets stronger so do the mirrors going from a frail glass like material as a chunnin to a material that is harder than steel at a kage level. The jutsu itself require a lot of charka to do but the mirrors stay in place afterwards with little need for charka, unless the user wants to "throw" an image of something that is not there into one of the mirrors which requires the ninja to get close to the mirror to pour his charka into it.

Weapon of choice: A single blade strapped upon his left side is all that Haze carries weapon wise, save for a small pouch of shinobi tools on his hip. The blade is only about half has long as Haze is tall, meaning it relies more upon speed rather than reach. The blade is odd in its own aspects. The cutting edge, rather then being on outer curve only, runs down both the inner and outer curves of the weapon. Meaning no matter which way Haze swings, there is always a sharp edge coming down. The blade is rather light, as to increase speed. So it will not carry that hard of a punch. But where it lacks in weight, the blade makes up for it in razor sharp qualities seemingly par none.
Strength: Haze's strengths lie in his ability to take in the situation and environment around him, and then use the information given to play out several possible scenarios, almost allowing him to be one step ahead of his opponents. He excels in fast paced attacks at short to medium range and is relentless in battle. He has a heightened sense of perception in swordplay that allows for him to read the basic movements of others as long as he can keep his eyes on them.
Weakness: His weakness is actually his body strength, he places to much power into his speed and not enough into his strength, if he is ever slowed the fight may be over for him. He cannot take to much punishment, as although he does use taijutsu and swordplay to battle, he is rather small and looks to be nonthreatening. Meaning he is less likely to pull of intimidating gestures, or pull his own in an argument.

-Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

Character Description
Looks: Haze has long black hair and sparkling amber eyes. His skin is a bit on the pale side as well, black tattoos on his cheeks make him appear to always be crying. He always has a strange necklace around his neck, there is a story behind the necklace but he chooses not to share. Around his neck is a pure crimson scarf that easily reaches his ankles when wrapped around his neck, the scarf is neatly kept and on the center that wraps around his neck is the metallic kiri symbol of his forehead protector.
Personality: Haze is rather quiet and calm most of the time, he is both peaceful and kind towards those he becomes acquainted to. On his free time Haze can be found helping others within the village without a reason or need to, and will refuse any payment afterward. He is an all around kind person, believing in honor over anything else, and because of this he will treat others with the utmost respect and loyalty.
In battle, he keeps his cool. Preferring to speak with his blade rather than his tongue. He treats swordplay like an art. His form seeming to almost be dancing when in battle. Because of how highly he thinks of swordplay, any amount of foolishness in battle is a low blow to the gut for him.
Background: Haze was born into nobility the night of a revolution in his small mountain village hidden away in the foggy depths of the water country. He was not even hours old when several of the royal guards burst into his birthing room and killed his mother and father, it was by pure luck that a nurse had just carried him out of the room when the guards murdered his parents of whom he never knew. The nurse returned to the room only to find the guards disposing of the bodies, catching sight of her and the child they decided to rid of the witnesses and came at the pair. All seemed lost as the rebellious guards closed in, their blades nearly upon the throats of young Haze when suddenly the wall behind the guards exploded inwards in a shower of rock and rubble that completely ruined the guard's bodies, the rock itself falling short of the nurse and young Haze.
Their savior, a young and nameless mist shinobi quickly escorted them from the village. Returning the pair to his own where they were soon and quite quickly enough accepted into the village under new names. The nurse becoming Haze's new mother while Haze's birth name was hidden away in secrecy and lies. To this day they both live hidden away in the village, young Haze now dreaming to become a shinobi in Kiri's fine ranks.
