Disney's Aladin, and Beauty and the Beast. both have simply marvelous soundtracks

I also want to throw out the Lord of the Rings soundtrack. "Many Meetings" gives me chills

Also, though I'm not entirely sure if this counts, all of Coheed and Cambria's music is really epic, and it serves as a soundtrack to the Amory Wars comics that the singer, Claudio Sanchez, writes.

I now have a new favorite soundtrack. Astro Boy, the movie. Seriously, I have no idea why, but I am absolutely obsessed with that soundtrack and love the movie as well. I know it's not the best movie ever and all that, but I just absolutely love it. There will be no reasoning with me on this.

I also recently started listening to the soundtrack for Pirates of the Caribbean: The Black Pearl. It's funny, I've watched the movie so many times with my sister, I know what music goes where. Maybe I need to get a life?

The soundtrack for the 2002 movie Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron was one of my tops. All the songs are by Bryan Adams and Hans Zimmer.

Where The Wild Things Are had a fantastic soundtrack. I may be biased, though, because I enjoy most of Karen O's work.

There is a group called Whitestone Motion Pictures that made a short film about the back story of the Tin Man called Heartless. The soundtrack is available for free on their website. Although the movie is under 30 minutes long, the music is simply beautiful, and worth the time to download.
